Claims (22)

1. Способ стимуляции регенерации мезенхимальных тканей, эпителиальных тканей или неврологических тканей, который включает стадию нанесения эффективного количества средства, стимулирующего регенерацию тканей, на ткань, отличную от ткани, нуждающейся в регенерации,
где средство, стимулирующее регенерацию тканей, выбрано из группы, состоящей из:
белка HMGB1;
клетки, которая секретирует белок HMGB1;
вектора, в который встроена ДНК, кодирующая белок HMGB1;
белка HMGB2;
клетки, которая секретирует белок HMGB2;
вектора, в который встроена ДНК, кодирующая белок HMGB2;
белка HMGB3;
клетки, которая секретирует белок HMGB3;
вектора, в который встроена ДНК, кодирующая белок HMGB3;
экстракта ткани, который получен способом, включающим стадию погружения ткани в растворитель; и
связывающей гепарин фракции экстракта тканей, полученной способом, включающим стадии:
a)погружения ткани в растворитель;
b)контактирования иммобилизованного гепарина с экстрактом, полученным на стадии a); и
c)элюирования связывающей гепарин фракции с иммобилизованного гепарина;
где ткани, подлежащие погружению в растворитель, представляют собой живые ткани кожи, и
где растворитель выбран из группы, состоящей из физиологического раствора, фосфатно-солевого буфера (PBS) и забуференного Tris солевого раствора (TBS).
2. Способ по п.1, в котором введение представляет собой парентеральное введение.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором введение представляет собой инъекцию.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором введение представляет собой внутрисосудистое, внутримышечное, подкожное, внутрикожное или внутрибрюшинное введение.
5. Способ по любому из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что способ для стимуляции регенерации нервной, костной или кожной ткани.
