Claims (24)
1. Каталитическая композиция крекинга с флюидизированным катализатором (ФКК) для крекинга углеводородов, при этом каталитическая композиция ФКК включает ФКК-совместимые неорганические частицы, содержащие один или несколько компонентов с оксидом бора и крекирующие частицы, каталитическая композиция ФКК действует для уменьшения выработки кокса и водорода во время крекинга металлсодержащего сырья ФКК.
2. Каталитическая композиция ФКК по п. 1, где один или несколько компонентов с оксидом бора присутствуют в количестве в диапазоне от 0,005 до 8 мас.% композиции.
3. Каталитическая композиция ФКК по п. 2, где крекирующие частицы содержат от 20% до 95 мас. % цеолитного компонента.
4. Каталитическая композиция ФКК по п. 3, где ФКК-совместимая неорганическая частица включает нецеолитный компонент.
5. Каталитическая композиция ФКК по п. 4, где нецеолитный компонент выбран из группы, включающей каолинит, галлуазит, монтмориллонит, бентонит, аттапульгит, каолин, аморфный каолин, метакаолин, муллит, шпинель, водный каолин, глину, гиббсит (тригидрат оксида алюминия), бемит, оксид титана, оксид алюминия, диоксид кремния, диоксид кремния-оксид алюминия, диоксид кремния-оксид магния, оксид магния и сепиолит.
6. Каталитическая композиция ФКК по п. 4, где крекирующая частица содержит оксид, выбранный из группы, включающей оксид иттрия, оксид церия, оксид лантана, оксид празеодима, оксид неодима и их комбинации.
7. Каталитическая композиция ФКК по п. 6, где редкоземельный компонент представляет собой оксид лантана и оксид лантана присутствует в количестве в диапазоне от 0,5 мас.% до приблизительно 5,0 мас.% на оксидной основе в пересчете на массу каталитической композиции ФКК.
8. Каталитическая композиция ФКК по п. 6, где крекирующая частица, дополнительно включающая компонент переходного оксида алюминия, присутствует в количестве в диапазоне от 1 до 35 мас.%.
9. Каталитическая композиция ФКК по п. 4, где цеолит врощен с нецеолитным компонентом.
10. Каталитическая композиция ФКК по п. 4, где цеолитный компонент смешан с нецеолитным компонентом.
11. Каталитическая композиция ФКК по п. 1, где один или несколько компонентов с оксидом бора находятся на крекирующих частицах.
12. Каталитическая композиция ФКК для крекинга углеводородов, при этом каталитическая композиция ФКК включает первый тип частиц, включающих один или несколько компонентов с оксидом бора, и компонент первой матрицы и второй тип частиц, который имеет композицию, отличающуюся от первого типа частиц, второй тип частиц включает компонент второй матрицы и 20-95 мас.% цеолитного компонента, где первый тип частиц и второй тип частиц смешаны вместе.
13. Каталитическая композиция ФКК по п. 12, где компоненты первой и второй матрицы содержат нецеолитный материал.
14. Каталитическая композиция ФКК по п. 12, где один или несколько компонентов с оксидом бора находятся на втором типе частиц.
15. Каталитическая композиция ФКК по п. 13, где нецеолитный материал выбран из группы, включающей каолинит, галлуазит, монтмориллонит, бентонит, аттапульгит, каолин, аморфный каолин, метакаолин, муллит, шпинель, водный каолин, глину, гиббсит (тригидрат оксида алюминия), бемит, оксид титана, оксид алюминия, диоксид кремния, диоксид кремния-оксид алюминия, диоксид кремния-оксид магния, оксид магния и сепиолит.
16. Способ крекирования углеводородного сырья в условиях крекинга с флюидизированным катализатором, при этом способ включает контактирование углеводородного сырья с каталитической композицией ФКК по п. 1.
17. Способ крекирования углеводородного сырья в условиях крекинга с флюидизированным катализатором, при этом способ включает контактирование углеводородного сырья с композицией ФКК по п. 12.
18. Способ производства каталитической композиции крекинга с флюидизированным катализатором (ФКК), при этом способ включает формирование частиц, содержащих нецеолитный компонент и один или несколько оксидов бора.
19. Способ по п. 18, где один или несколько оксидов бора внедряют в частицы.
20. Способ по п. 18, где один или несколько оксидов бора смешаны с нецеолитным компонентом и высушены распылением, чтобы сформировать частицы.
21. Способ по п. 18, где сформированные частицы дополнительно содержат молекулярное сито.
22. Способ по п. 18, где один или несколько оксидов бора загружают на нецеолитные частицы.
23. Способ по п. 18, где один или несколько компонентов с оксидом бора добавляют к нецеолитным частицам во время прокаливания частиц.
24. Способ по п. 18, где нецеолитный материал выбран из группы, включающей каолинит, галлуазит, монтмориллонит, бентонит, аттапульгит, каолин, аморфный каолин, метакаолин, муллит, шпинель, водный каолин, глину, гиббсит (тригидрат оксида алюминия), бемит, оксид титана, оксид алюминия, диоксид кремния, диоксид кремния-оксид алюминия, диоксид кремния-оксид магния, оксид магния и сепиолит, частицы, дополнительно включающие переходной оксид алюминия и цеолитный компонент врощены in situ с частицами.
