Claims (21)
1. Катализатор для разложения закиси азота, где упомянутый катализатор содержит оксиды кобальта, цинка и алюминия и промотор из щелочного металла.
2. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором промотор из щелочного металла присутствует в количестве, по меньшей мере, 0,1% мас. в расчете на общую массу катализатора.
3. Катализатор по п. 1 или 2, в котором промотор из щелочного металла выбирают из калия, цезия и их смесей.
4. Катализатор по п. 1 или 2, где данный катализатор также содержит связующее, выбранное из группы из оксидов щелочноземельных металлов, оксидов редкоземельных металлов, оксида алюминия, оксида цинка, оксида магния, оксида кремния и их смесей.
5. Катализатор по п. 1 или 2, в котором кобальт присутствует в количестве, по меньшей мере, 20 и, самое большее, 75% мас. в расчете на общую массу катализатора.
6. Катализатор по п. 1 или 2, в котором цинк присутствует в количестве, по меньшей мере, 3 и, самое большее, 20% мас. в расчете на общую массу катализатора.
7. Катализатор по п. 1 или 2, в котором оксид алюминия, за исключением оксида алюминия, присутствующего в связующем, присутствует в количестве, по меньшей мере, 2 и, самое большее, 20% мас. в расчете на общую массу катализатора.
8. Катализатор по п. 1 или 2, где данный катализатор находится в форме экструдата и имеет боковую прочность на раздавливание в интервале от 2 до 40 Н/мм.
9. Катализатор по п. 1 или 2, где данный катализатор находится в форме таблетки и имеет прочность на раздавливание сверху (для таблетки 3 мм × 3 мм) в интервале от, по меньшей мере, 40 Н/таблетку до, самое большее, 300 Н/таблетку.
10. Способ приготовления катализатора по любому из пп. 1-9, включающий этапы, на которых:
i) готовят водный раствор, содержащий соли цинка, кобальта и алюминия;
ii) осаждают массу оксида металла с использованием водного щелочного раствора;
iii) сушат осажденный материал;
iv) формируют частицы катализатора из осажденного материала; и
v) прокаливают образованные таким образом частицы катализатора,
в котором промотор из щелочного металла добавляют во время или после, по меньшей мере, одного из этапов i) - v).
11. Способ по п. 10, в котором промотор из щелочного металла вводят в осажденный материал во время этапа ii).
12. Способ по п. 10 или 11, в котором промотор из щелочного металла вводят в осажденный материал способом пропитки.
13. Способ разложения закиси азота в газовом потоке, включающий этапы, на которых:
i) готовят газовый поток, содержащий закись азота в интервале от 50 мас.ч./млн до 50% мас.;
ii) осуществляют контакт упомянутого газового потока с катализатором по любому из пп. 1-9 или с катализатором, приготовленным в способе по любому из пп. 10-12, при температуре в интервале от 250 до 750°С.
