Claims (20)
1. Прозрачный, электрически полупроводящий интерферированный пигмент чешуйчатой формы, содержащий слой TiO2-x, где 0,001≤x<0,05.
2. Интерферированный пигмент по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что слой TiO2-x расположен на прозрачной подложке чешуйчатой формы.
3. Интерферированный пигмент по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что подложка чешуйчатой формы представляет собой природные или синтетические чешуйки слюды, каолина, серицита или чешуйки талька, стеклянные чешуйки, чешуйки боросиликата, чешуйки Al2O3 или смеси двух или более из указанного.
4. Интерферированный пигмент по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что он состоит из подложки чешуйчатой формы и слоя TiO2-x, который окружает подложку.
5. Интерферированный пигмент по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что слой TiO2-x состоит из двух или трех частей слоя, где части слоя, в каждом случае, отделены друг от друга промежуточным слоем, содержащим прозрачный материал, имеющий показатель преломления n, где n является <1,8, и при этом промежуточный слой в каждом случае имеет геометрическую толщину слоя d≤15 нм, и где на подложке чешуйчатой формы формируется система, содержащая две части слоя с одним промежуточным слоем, или содержащая три части слоя с двумя промежуточными слоями, в каждом случае с внешней, завершающей частью слоя из TiO2-x.
6. Интерферированный пигмент по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что 0,001≤х<0,05 во всех частях слоя TiO2-x.
7. Интерферированный пигмент по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что 0,001≤х<0,05 только во внешней, завершающей части слоя TiO2-x.
8. Интерферированный пигмент по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что промежуточный слой состоит из SiO2, Al2O3, гидрата оксида кремния, гидрата оксида алюминия, MgF2, или смесей двух или более из указанного.
9. Интерферированный пигмент по п. 2 или 5, отличающийся тем, что между прозрачной подложкой чешуйчатой формы и слоем TiO2-x расположен дополнительный слой SnO2, где слой TiO2-x расположен непосредственно на слое SnO2.
10. Интерферированный пигмент по п. 1, 2 или 5, отличающийся тем, что в слой TiO2-x добавляют 0,1-3 мол. % Sn.
11. Способ изготовления интерферированного пигмента в соответствии с одним или более из пунктов 1-10, отличающийся тем, что прозрачный интерферированный пигмент чешуйчатой формы, который состоит из TiO2, или который состоит из покрытой прозрачной подложки чешуйчатой формы, которая имеет слой TiO2 на внешней поверхности, термически обрабатывают в газовой фазе с добавлением восстановительного газа на протяжении периода времени в диапазоне от 5 до 60 минут, где TiO2 превращается в TiO2-x, и 0,001≤х<0,05.
12. Способ по п. 11, отличающийся тем, что термическую обработку проводят в газовой смеси, которая имеет пропорцию восстановительного газа, которая составляет 0,05-10% по объему.
13. Способ по п. 11 или 12, отличающийся тем, что восстановительный газ представляет собой водород, аммиак или С1-С4-углеводородное соединение, и газовая смесь дополнительно содержит азот или аргон.
14. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что углеводородное соединение представляет собой метан, этилен или пропанон.
15. Способ по п. 11, отличающийся тем, что термическую обработку проводят при температуре в диапазоне от 400°C до 800°C.
16. Способ по п. 15, отличающийся тем, что пропорция восстановительного газа в газовой смеси составляет от 0,05 до <5% по объему при температуре 800°C, и 5-10% по объему при температуре 400°C.
17. Применение прозрачных, электрически полупроводящих интерферированных пигментов чешуйчатой формы по одному или более из пп. 1-10 для красок, покрытий, типографских красок, пластмасс, индикаторов, защитных элементов, покрытий для пола, тканей, пленок, керамических материалов, стеклянных материалов, бумаги, для лазерной маркировки, для теплоизоляции, в качестве фотополупроводников, в содержащих пигменты составах, в препаратах пигментов и в сыпучих препаратах.
18. Применение по п. 17, отличающееся тем, что интерферированные пигменты применяют в качестве смеси с органическими и/или неорганическими красящими веществами и/или электрически проводящими материалами и/или неэлектрически проводящими активными пигментами.
19. Применение по п. 17 или 18, отличающееся тем, что интерферированные пигменты применяют для защищенных продуктов, которые подвергают воздействию электромагнитного поля.
