Claims (12)
1. Композиция для стерилизации напитков, зараженных уксуснокислыми бактериями, содержащая:
a) сорбиновую кислоту или бензойную кислоту и/или их соли щелочных металлов и/или соли щелочноземельных металлов, и
b) диметил дикарбонат, и
c) диоксид серы и/или вещества, выделяющие диоксид серы.
2. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что солью щелочного металла и/или щелочноземельного металла сорбиновой кислоты является сорбат натрия, сорбат калия и сорбат лития или сорбат кальция или смеси указанных солей.
3. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что солью щелочного металла и/или щелочноземельного металла бензойной кислоты является бензоат натрия, бензоат калия и бензоат лития или бензоат кальция или смеси указанных солей.
4. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что веществами, выделяющими диоксид серы, являются гидросульфит натрия, дисульфит натрия, гидросульфит калия, дисульфит калия, гидросульфит кальция, дисульфит кальция или смеси указанных солей.
5. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит сорбат калия и/или бензоат натрия, диметилкарбонат и дисульфит калия.
6. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит сорбиновую кислоту и/или ее соли щелочного металла и/или щелочноземельного металла в количестве от 100 ч./млн до 350 ч./млн, или бензойную кислоту и/или ее соли щелочного металла и/или щелочноземельного металла в количестве от 100 ч./млн до 350 ч./млн, диметил дикарбонат в количестве от 75 ч./млн до 250 ч./млн и диоксид серы и/или вещества, выделяющие диоксид серы, в количестве от 5 ч./млн до 100 ч./млн, к количеству обрабатываемого напитка.
7. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что обрабатываемыми напитками являются освежающие напитки, такие как, в частности, холодные чаи, спортивные напитки, фруктовые соки и сокосодержащие напитки.
8. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-7, отличающаяся тем, что обрабатываемыми напитками являются напитки, зараженные уксуснокислыми бактериями, выбранными из следующей группы Asaia sp., Acetobacter sp., Gluconobacter sp., Gluconacetobacter sp., Saccharibacter sp., Swaminanthia sp., Acidomonas sp., Kozakia sp., Neoasaia sp., Granulibacter sp., Acidocella sp., Acidiphilium sp., Roseococcus sp., Acidosphaera sp.и Rhodopila sp.
9. Способ стерилизации напитков, зараженных уксуснокислыми бактериями, который включает введение консерванта в напитки, отличающийся тем, что в качестве консерванта применяют композицию по любому из пп. 1-6.
