Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Uso de mezclas de acción sinérgica que comprende: a) ácido sórbico o ácido benzoico y/o sales de metales alcalinos y/o sales de metales alcalino-térreos de los mismos, y b) dicarbonato de dimetilo, y c) dióxido de azufre y/o sustancias liberadoras de dióxido de azufre para esterilizar bebidas que se han contaminado con bacterias del ácido acético, preferentemente para su posterior conservación. Reivindicación 2: Uso de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la sal de metal alcalino y/o de metal alcalino-térreo de ácido sórbico usadas son sorbato de sodio, sorbato de potasio y sorbato de litio o sorbato de calcio o mezclas de dichas sales. Reivindicación 3: Uso de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la sal de metal alcalino y/o de metal alcalino-térreo de ácido benzoico usadas son benzoato de sodio, benzoato de potasio y benzoato de litio o benzoato de calcio o mezclas de dichas sales.
