Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método de enriquecimiento proteico de una microalga cultivada heterotróficamente, donde dicha microalga pertenece a la especie Chiorella, que se caracteriza en que el cultivo heterotrófico comprende una etapa en la que se pretende limitar el crecimiento de dicha microalga mediante una deficiencia en el medio de fermentación en términos de una fuente nutricional no nitrogenada.
