Claims (48)
1. Устройство для определения рН текучей среды, содержащее поверхность, контактирующую с текучей средой, содержащую рН-индикатор, ковалентно иммобилизованный на ней, причем рН-индикатор имеет первый цвет до контакта с текучей средой и изменяет цвет в зависимости от рН текучей среды.
2. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что изменение цвета рН-индикатора можно обнаружить при изменении рН с интервалом 0,1 единицы.
3. Устройство по п. 2, отличающееся тем, что изменение цвета рН-индикатора можно обнаружить в диапазоне от рН приблизительно 5 до рН приблизительно 10.
4. Устройство по п. 3, отличающееся тем, что изменение цвета рН-индикатора можно обнаружить в диапазоне от рН приблизительно 5,5 до рН приблизительно 9,5.
5. Устройство по п. 3 или 4, отличающееся тем, что изменение цвета рН-индикатора можно обнаружить в диапазоне рН приблизительно от 6,5 до 9,5.
6. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающееся тем, что рН-индикатор содержит фенилазо-соединение.
7. Устройство по п. 6, отличающееся тем, что фенилазо-соединение выбрано из группы, включающей 2-[4(2-гидроксиэтилсульфонил)-фенил]диазенил]-4-метилфенол (GJM-514),
1-гидрокси-4-[4[(гидроксиэтилсульфонил)-фенилазо]-нафталин-2-сульфонат (GJM-546),
2-фтор-4-[4[(2-гидроксиэтансульфонил)-фенилазо]-6-метоксифенол (GJM-492), 4-[4-(2-гидроксиэтилсульфонил)-фенилазо]-2,6-диметоксифенол (GJM-534).
8. Устройство по п. 7, отличающееся тем, что рН-индикатор содержит комбинацию фенилазо-соединений.
9. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-4, 7, 8, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит целлюлозный материал.
10. Устройство для определения рН текучей среды, содержащее
(а) поверхность, контактирующую с текучей средой,
(б) противолежащую поверхность, не контактирующую с текучей средой,
(в) область рН-индикации, содержащую рН-индикатор, ковалентно связанный в ней, который указывает рН текучей среды, причем цвет рН-индикатора изменяется в ответ на изменение рН текучей среды; и
(г) по меньшей мере один канал для направления текучей среды к области рН-индикации.
11. Устройство по п. 10, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит наружную поверхность, причем область рН-индикации находится на наружной поверхности или вблизи нее.
12. Устройство по п. 11, отличающееся тем, что устройство содержит периферийную краевую область, проходящую между поверхностью, контактирующей с текучей средой, и противолежащей поверхностью, не контактирующей с текучей средой, причем внешняя поверхность является периферийной краевой областью.
13. Устройство по любому из пп. 10-12, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере один канал направляет жидкость в латеральном направлении к области рН-индикации.
14. Устройство по любому из пп. 10-12, отличающееся тем, что изменение цвета рН-индикатора можно обнаружить при изменении рН с интервалом 0,1 единицы.
15. Устройство по п. 14, отличающееся тем, что изменение цвета рН-индикатора можно обнаружить в диапазоне от рН приблизительно 5 до рН приблизительно 10.
16. Устройство по п. 15, отличающееся тем, что изменение цвета рН-индикатора можно обнаружить в диапазоне от рН приблизительно 5,5 до рН приблизительно 9,5.
17. Устройство по п. 15 или 16, отличающееся тем, что изменение цвета рН-индикатора можно обнаружить в диапазоне от рН приблизительно 6,5 до рН приблизительно 9,5.
18. Повязка по любому из пп. 10-12, 15, 16, отличающаяся тем, что рН-индикатор содержит фенилазо-соединение.
19. Устройство по п. 18, отличающееся тем, что фенилазо-соединение выбрано из группы, включающей
2-[4(2-гидроксиэтилсульфонил)-фенил]диазенил]-4-метилфенол (GJM-514),
1-гидрокси-4-[4[(гидроксиэтилсульфонил)-фенилазо]-нафталин-2-сульфонат (GJM-546),
2-фтор-4-[4[(2-гидроксиэтансульфонил)-фенилазо]-6-метоксифенол (GJM-492), 4-[4-(2-гидроксиэтилсульфонил)-фенилазо]-2,6-диметоксифенол (GJM-534).
20. Устройство по п. 19, отличающееся тем, что рН-индикатор содержит комбинацию фенилазо-соединений.
21. Состав для рН-индикации текучей среды, содержащий краситель, включающий фенилазо-соединение, причем цвет фенилазо-соединения изменяется в ответ на изменение рН текучей среды.
22. Состав по п. 21, отличающийся тем, что фенилазо-соединение выбрано из группы, включающей
2-[4(2-гидроксиэтилсульфонил)-фенил]диазенил]-4-метилфенол (GJM-514),
1-гидрокси-4-[4[(гидроксиэтилсульфонил)-фенилазо]-нафталин-2-сульфонат (GJM-546),
2-фтор-4-[4[(2-гидроксиэтансульфонил)-фенилазо]-6-метоксифенол (GJM-492), 4-[4-(2-гидроксиэтилсульфонил)-фенилазо]-2,6-диметоксифенол (GJM-534).
23. Состав по п. 21 или 22, отличающийся тем, что краситель содержит комбинацию фенилазо-соединений.
24. Состав по п. 21 или 22, отличающийся тем, что изменение цвета рН-индикатора можно обнаружить при изменении рН с интервалом 0,1 единицы.
25. Состав по п. 24, отличающийся тем, что изменение цвета рН-индикатора можно обнаружить в диапазоне от рН приблизительно 5 до рН приблизительно 10.
26. Состав по п. 25, отличающийся тем, что изменение цвета рН-индикатора можно обнаружить в диапазоне от рН приблизительно 5 до рН приблизительно 9,5.
27. Состав по п. 25 или 26, отличающийся тем, что изменение цвета рН-индикатора можно обнаружить в диапазоне от рН приблизительно 6,5 до рН приблизительно 9,5.
28. Способ мониторинга рН текучей среды, включающий этапы
(а) получение устройства, содержащего поверхность, предназначенную для контакта с текучей средой, причем указанная поверхность содержит рН-индикатор, ковалентно иммобилизованный на ней, где рН-индикатор имеет первый цвет до контакта с текучей средой и изменяет цвет в зависимости от рН текучей среды;
(б) приведение устройства в контакт с текучей средой; и
(в) оценку цвета рН-индикатора.
29. Устройство для определения рН текучей среды, содержащее поверхность, контактирующую с текучей средой, содержащую средство рН-индикации, ковалентно иммобилизованное на ней, причем средство рН-индикации имеет первый цвет до контакта с текучей средой и изменяет цвет в зависимости от рН текучей среды.
30. Устройство для определения рН текучей среды, содержащее
(а) средство рН-индикации, имеющее первый цвет до контакта с текучей средой и изменяющее цвет в зависимости от рН текучей среды; и
(б) проводящую часть для направления текучей среды к средству рН-индикации.
31. Система для обнаружения рН текучей среды, содержащая по меньшей мере одно из группы, включающей устройство по любому из пп. 1-4, 7, 8, 10-12, 15, 16, 19, 20 и состав по любому из пп. 21, 22, 25, 26.
