Claims (30)
1. Композиция, содержащая лигнин, растворитель и жидкость-носитель; где лигнин составляет по меньшей мере 4 вес.% композиции, и
где лигнин характеризуется средневесовым молекулярным весом не более 5000 г/моль, и
где растворитель представляет собой спирт, простой эфир или органический сложный эфир, сульфоксид, кетон, альдегид или их комбинацию; и
где жидкость-носитель представляет собой углеводородное масло или жирную кислоту или их комбинацию.
2. Композиция по п. 1, где композиция дополнительно содержит этерифицированную жирную кислоту.
3. Композиция по п. 2, где композиция содержит 7 вес.% лигнина или более, либо 10 вес.% или более, либо 12 вес.% или более, либо 15 вес.% или более, либо 20 вес.% или более, либо 25 вес.% или более, либо 30 вес.% или более.
4. Композиция по любому одному из пп. 1-3, где содержание жидкости-носителя составляет по меньшей мере 20 вес.%, или по меньшей мере 30 вес.%, или по меньшей мере 40 вес.%, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 50 вес.% или предпочтительно по меньшей мере 60 вес.%.
5. Композиция по п. 1, где средневесовой молекулярный вес лигнина или производного лигнина составляет не более 2000 г/моль или не более 1000 г/моль.
6. Композиция по п. 1, где композиция содержит 7 вес.% или более лигнина и по меньшей мере 30 вес.% жидкости-носителя.
7. Композиция по п. 1, где растворитель представляет собой сульфоксид, спирт или альдегид.
8. Композиция по п. 1, где композиция содержит по меньшей мере 7 вес.% лигнина, характеризующегося средневесовым молекулярным весом не более 2000 г/моль, где растворитель представляет собой спирт, альдегид или сульфоксид; и углеводородное масло и жирную кислоту в весовом соотношении от 1:1 до 1:5.
9. Композиция по п. 1, где растворитель содержит диметилсульфоксид, пиридин, THF, 1,4-диоксан, фурфурол, дипропиленгликоль, полиэтиленгликоль или 1,3-пропандиол или их комбинацию.
10. Способ получения композиции по любому одному из пп. 1-9, включающий
обеспечение наличия лигнина, характеризующегося средневесовым молекулярным весом не более 5000 г/моль;
обеспечение наличия растворителя, который представляет собой спирт, простой эфир, сульфоксид, кетон, альдегид или сложный эфир или их комбинацию, и жидкости-носителя, где жидкость-носитель представляет собой углеводородное масло или жирную кислоту или их комбинацию; и
добавление лигнина к растворителю и жидкости-носителю с получением концентрации по меньшей мере 4 вес. % и перемешивание.
11. Способ по п. 10, где композицию во время перемешивания нагревают до температуры 50-350°C.
12. Способ по любому одному из пп. 10-11, где обеспечивают наличие этерифицированной жирной кислоты и добавляют ее к смеси.
13. Способ по п. 10, где лигнин получают из черного или красного щелока или лигнина из производства этанола.
14. Способ по п. 10, где лигнин получают посредством
химического восстановления с применением катализатора на основе переходного металла;
подкисления и разделения;
фильтрации, ультрафильтрации или тангенциальной ультрафильтрации или
любой их комбинации,
черного или красного щелока или остаточного материала из производства этанола.
15. Применение композиции по любому одному из пп. 1-9 для получения топлива, такого как бензин и дизельное топливо, или аналоги дизельного топлива и бензина, или биобензин, или биодизель; или добавок для топлива.
16. Топливо, полученное из композиции по любому одному из пп. 1-9.
17. Применение композиции по любому из пп. 1-9 для производства реактивов или краски.
18. Применение композиции по любому одному из пп. 1-9 в качестве интенсификатора помола для бетона, замедлителя схватывания цемента, упрочнителя цемента, противоокислителя, усилителя теплозащиты, стабилизатора асфальта, эмульгирующего средства, добавки для укрепления волокон, сшивающего средства, связующего для плиты, антикоррозионной добавки, добавки против истирания, антифрикционной добавки, связующего, эмульгатора или диспергирующего средства, сшивающего или отверждающего средства, или в качестве ингибитора поглощения воды, или в качестве средства для псевдоожижения, в качестве антибактериальной или противогрибковой поверхности, или в качестве барьера для пропитки древесины, или в качестве антикоррозионного средства.
19. Композиция по п. 1, где композиция представляет собой однофазную систему.
