Claims (11)
1. Содержащий титан заполнитель, который может быть получен с помощью смешивания и/или обработки остатков из процесса изготовления диоксида титана, которые получают во время изготовления диоксида титана с применением сульфатного и/или хлоридного способа, с основными шлаками из процесса производства металлов, где содержащий титан заполнитель имеет значение pH в диапазоне 5-12, предпочтительно в диапазоне 6-10.
2. Содержащий титан заполнитель по п. 1, с гранулометрическим составом, который составляет >0 мкм - 100 мм, в частности >0 мкм - 10 мм, точнее >0 мкм - 3 мм, при этом соответствующие верхние границы включены.
3. Содержащий титан заполнитель по п. 1 или 2, где в качестве основного шлака из процесса производства металлов применяют шлаки с числом шлака B, которое составляет больше чем 0,8, в частности больше чем 1, точнее больше чем 1,2, и особенно больше чем 1,5.
4. Содержащий титан заполнитель по п. 1 или 2, который в дополнение к остаткам из процесса изготовления TiO2 содержит другие искусственные и/или природные материалы, содержащие диоксид титана, выбранные из следующих материалов или их смесей:
- промежуточных продуктов, продуктов сочетания и/или готовых продуктов из процесса изготовления диоксида титана с применением сульфатного способа и из процесса изготовления диоксида титана с применением хлоридного способа или из повторяемого процесса изготовления TiO2;
- остатков химической промышленности, например, содержащих TiO2 катализаторов, например, катализаторов DENOX, или отходов изготовления бумаги (известных как геттеры);
- титановых руд, титановых шлаков, а также из рутилового или ильменитового песка.
5. Способ изготовления заполнителя по одному из предшествующих пунктов, в котором остатки из процесса изготовления диоксида титана, которые
получают во время изготовления диоксида титана с применением сульфатного и/или хлоридного способа, смешивают с основными шлаками из процесса производства металлов в таком количестве, что полученный содержащий титан заполнитель имеет значение pH в диапазоне 5-12, предпочтительно в диапазоне 6-10.
6. Способ изготовления заполнителя по п. 5, в котором полученную смесь дополнительно нейтрализуют.
7. Применение содержащего титан заполнителя по одному из пп. 1-4 в металлургических процессах, в частности для загрузки в вагранку, плавильную печь, а также в шахтную и доменную печь, в качестве заполнителя и/или наполнителя для бетона, цемента, асфальта, огнеупорных материалов, составов, которые применяются для ремонтных работ, грунтовок, для покрытий, которые являются почти непроницаемыми для воды, таких как покрытия полигонов, для тампонирования стволов шахт и подземных пустот, для упрочения и укрепления подстилающего грунта, для ландшафтных или дорожных или водоводных конструкций, и для применения в металлургии с целью увеличения износостойкости футеровки печей и/или в качестве шлакообразующего агента, в частности для регулирования вязкости шлака в металлургических емкостях, и/или для понижения температуры плавления шлаков, в качестве обогатителя или заполнителя (сырья) при изготовлении цемента, в качестве катализатора или в качестве поглощающего вещества для удаления тяжелых металлов из воды.
