Abstract
1. Устройство по п. 1, в котором указанный имплантат включает в себя удлиненный трубчатый корпус, выполненный с возможностью быть имплантированным в глаз.3. Устройство по п. 1, в котором, по меньшей мере, указанные расширяющиеся элементы изготовлены из материала для использования в медицине с памятью формы, таких как нитинол или полимер с памятью формы.4. Устройство по п. 1, в котором указанный расширяющийся элемент содержит, по меньшей мере, один из таких элементов как поперечная балка и спиралевидное основание.5. Claims (25)
1. Устройство для имплантации в глаз, содержащее:
расширяющуюся оболочку, имеющую, по меньшей мере, один расширяющийся элемент, выполненный с возможностью образовывать расширенную и компактную конфигурации, причем, указанный, по меньшей мере, один расширяющийся элемент проходит от, по меньшей мере, одной из проксимальной манжеты и дистальной манжеты, и в котором указанная, по меньшей мере, одна из проксимальной манжеты и дистальной манжеты выполнена с возможностью приспосабливаться к окулярному имплантату.
2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором указанный имплантат включает в себя удлиненный трубчатый корпус, выполненный с возможностью быть имплантированным в глаз.
3. Устройство по п. 1, в котором, по меньшей мере, указанные расширяющиеся элементы изготовлены из материала для использования в медицине с памятью формы, таких как нитинол или полимер с памятью формы.
4. Устройство по п. 1, в котором указанный расширяющийся элемент содержит, по меньшей мере, один из таких элементов как поперечная балка и спиралевидное основание.
5. Устройство по п. 1, в котором указанный расширяющийся элемент содержит одну или несколько створок, отходящих от оснований.
6. Устройство по п. 1, в котором указанная расширяющаяся оболочка сформирована из материала нитинола путем лазерного резания.
7. Устройство по п. 1, в котором, по меньшей мере, часть поверхности указанной расширяющейся оболочки обработана путем плазменной очистки.
8. Устройство по п. 1, в котором, по меньшей мере, часть поверхности указанной расширяющейся оболочки обработана путем лазерной абляции.
9. Устройство по п. 8, в котором поверхность, обработанная путем лазерной абляции, включает в себя, по меньшей мере, один ребристый элемент.
10. Устройство по п. 1, в котором указанная компактная
конфигурация имеет размер наружного диаметра в диапазоне от 0,4 мм до 0,6 мм.
11. Устройство по п. 1, в котором указанная расширенная конфигурация имеет размер наружного диаметра в диапазоне от 2,0 мм до 3,0 мм.
12. Устройство по п. 1, в котором указанная расширенная оболочка содержит, по меньшей мере, один лекарственный препарат.
13. Устройство по п. 12, в котором указанная расширенная оболочка приспособлена к имплантату, который не содержит лекарственного препарата.
14. Способ, содержащий этапы, при которых:
обеспечивают расширяющуюся оболочку, при этом указанная расширяющаяся оболочка содержит, по меньшей мере, один расширяющийся элемент, выполненный с возможностью образовывать расширенную и компактную конфигурации, причем, указанный, по меньшей мере, один расширяющийся элемент проходит от, по меньшей мере, одной из проксимальной манжеты и дистальной манжеты, и в котором указанная, по меньшей мере, одна из проксимальной манжеты и дистальной манжеты выполнена с возможностью приспосабливаться к окулярному имплантату;
обеспечивают приспособление указанной расширяющейся оболочки к указанному имплантату; и
имплантируют указанные имплантат и расширяющуюся оболочку внутрь глаза.
15. Способ по п. 14, в котором указанный, по меньшей мере, один расширяющийся элемент находится в компактной конфигурации во время имплантации указанной расширяющейся оболочки и образует расширенную конфигурацию после имплантации в глаз.
16. Способ по п. 14, в котором указанный имплантат включает в себя удлиненный трубчатый корпус, выполненный с возможностью быть имплантированным в глаз.
17. Способ по п. 14, в котором, по меньшей мере, указанные расширяющиеся элементы изготовлены из материала для использования в медицине с памятью формы, таких как нитинол или полимер с памятью формы.
18. Способ по п. 14, в котором указанный расширяющийся
элемент содержит, по меньшей мере, один из таких элементов как поперечная балка и спиралевидное основание.
19. Способ по п. 14, в котором указанный расширяющийся элемент содержит одну или несколько створок, отходящих от оснований.
20. Способ по п. 14, в котором указанная расширяющаяся оболочка сформирована из материала нитинола путем лазерного резания.
21. Способ по п. 14, в котором, по меньшей мере, часть поверхности указанной расширяющейся оболочки обработана путем плазменной очистки.
22. Способ по п. 14, в котором, по меньшей мере, часть поверхности указанной расширяющейся оболочки обработана путем лазерной абляции.
23. Способ по п. 22, в котором поверхность, обработанная путем лазерной абляции, включает в себя, по меньшей мере, один ребристый элемент.
24. Устройство по п. 14, в котором указанная расширенная оболочка содержит, по меньшей мере, один лекарственный препарат.
25. Устройство по п. 24, в котором указанная расширенная оболочка приспособлена к имплантату, который не содержит лекарственного препарата.
