Abstract
1. Термопластичный полиуретан, получаемый взаимодействием органического диизоцианата (А), полимерного полиола (В), имеющего среднечисловую молекулярную массу (Μn) 1000-5000, и удлинителя цепи (С),где удлинитель цепи (С) содержит линейный диол (с-1) и диол, содержащий алкильную группу в боковой цепи (с-2),молярное соотношение линейного диола (с-1) и диола, содержащего алкильную группу в боковой цепи (с-2) (линейный диол (с-1)/диол, содержащий алкильную группу в боковой цепи (с-2)), в удлинителе цепи (С) составляет 97/3-60/40, исодержание атомов азота не менее 1,5 мас.%, и менее 4,0 мас.%.2. Термопластичный полиуретан по п. 1, где доля органического диизоцианата (А) составляет не более 30 мас.%.3. Термопластичный полиуретан по п. 1, где органический диизоцианат (А) представляет собой 4,4'-дифенилметандиизоцианат.4. Термопластичный полиуретан по п. 2, где органический диизоцианат (А) представляет собой 4,4'-дифенилметандиизоцианат.5. Claims (18)
1. Термопластичный полиуретан, получаемый взаимодействием органического диизоцианата (А), полимерного полиола (В), имеющего среднечисловую молекулярную массу (Μn) 1000-5000, и удлинителя цепи (С),
где удлинитель цепи (С) содержит линейный диол (с-1) и диол, содержащий алкильную группу в боковой цепи (с-2),
молярное соотношение линейного диола (с-1) и диола, содержащего алкильную группу в боковой цепи (с-2) (линейный диол (с-1)/диол, содержащий алкильную группу в боковой цепи (с-2)), в удлинителе цепи (С) составляет 97/3-60/40, и
содержание атомов азота не менее 1,5 мас.%, и менее 4,0 мас.%.

Термопластичный полиуретан по любому из пп. 1-4, где полимерный полиол (В) представляет собой простой полиэфирполиол (b-1) или содержит простой полиэфирполиол (b-1) и другой полиол (b-2), и молярное соотношение другого полиола (b-2) и простого полиэфирполиола (b-1) (другой полиол (b-2)/простой полиэфирполиол (b-1)) составляет 0/100-40/60.
6. Термопластичный полиуретан по п. 5, где другой полиол (b-2) представляет собой сложный полиэфирполиол.
7. Термопластичный полиуретан по п. 6, где полиольный компонент, составляющий сложный полиэфирполиол, представляет собой диол, содержащий алкильную группу в боковой цепи (d).
8. Термопластичный полиуретан по п. 7, где диол, содержащий алкильную группу в боковой цепи (d), представляет собой 3-метил-1,5-пентандиол.
9. Термопластичный полиуретан по любому из пп. 1-4, 6-8, где линейный диол (с-1) представляет собой 1,4-бутандиол, и диол, содержащий алкильную группу в боковой цепи (с-2), представляет собой диол, представленный следующей формулой (I):
НО-(CR1R2)l-(CR3R4)m-(CR5R6)n-OH (I)
где R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 и R6 каждый независимо представляет собой атом водорода или алкильную группу; по меньшей мере, один из R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 и R6 представляет собой алкильную группу; 1, m и n каждый независимо представляет собой целое число не менее 0, которое удовлетворяет соотношениям 1+n≥1 и 2≤1+m+n≤10.
10. Термопластичный полиуретан по п. 5, где линейный диол (с-1) представляет собой 1,4-бутандиол, и диол, содержащий алкильную группу в боковой цепи (с-2), представляет собой диол, представленный следующей формулой (I):
НО-(CR1R2)l-(CR3R4)m-(CR5R6)n-OH (I)
где R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 и R6 каждый независимо представляет собой атом водорода или алкильную группу; по меньшей мере, один из R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 и R6 представляет собой алкильную группу; 1, тип каждый независимо представляет собой целое число не менее 0, которое удовлетворяет соотношениям 1+n≥1 и 2≤1+m+n≤10.
11. Термопластичный полиуретан по п. 9, где диол, содержащий алкильную группу в боковой цепи (с-2), представляет собой, по меньшей мере, одно вещество, выбранное из группы, включающей пропиленгликоль, 3-метил-1,5-пентандиол, 2-метил-1,3-пропандиол и 2-метил-1,4-бутандиол.
12. Термопластичный полиуретан по п. 10, где диол, содержащий алкильную группу в боковой цепи (с-2), представляет собой, по меньшей мере, одно вещество, выбранное из группы, включающей пропиленгликоль, 3-метил-1,5-пентандиол, 2-метил-1,3-пропандиол и 2-метил-1,4-бутандиол.
13. Термопластичный полиуретан по п. 9, где диол, содержащий алкильную группу в боковой цепи (с-2), представляет собой пропиленгликоль и/или 3-метил-1,5-пентандиол.
14. Термопластичный полиуретан по п. 10, где диол, содержащий алкильную группу в боковой цепи (с-2), представляет собой пропиленгликоль и/или 3-метил-1,5-пентандиол.
15. Формованное изделие, содержащее термопластичный полиуретан по любому из пп. 1-14.
16. Композиция термопластичного полиуретана, содержащая термопластичный полиуретан по любому из пп. 1-14 и 1-20 мас.ч. сшивающего агента на 100 мас.ч. термопластичного полиуретана.
17. Формованное изделие, содержащее композицию термопластичного полиуретана по п. 16.
18. Сшитое формованное изделие, получаемое сшивкой формованного изделия по п. 17.
