Abstract
1. Claims (15)
1. Способ получения гранул, включающий стадии:
a) получения эмульсии, содержащей
i) активное вещество;
ii) водорастворимый биополимер с молекулярной массой ниже 100 кДа и лишенный эмульгирующей способности;
iii) твердые частицы, которые нерастворимы в воде; и
iv) воду;
b) распылительной сушки эмульсии, полученной на стадии а), с тем, чтобы получить гранулы.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором активное вещество содержит по меньшей мере 90 мас. % относительно общей массы активного вещества соединений, имеющих logP по меньшей мере 1.

- оксидов металлов, гидроксидов металлов, солей металлов и неорганических или органических кислот и их смесей (например, TiO2, FeO, Fe(OH)2, FeCO3; MgO, Mg(OH)2, MgCO3, Mg3(PO4)2; CaCO3, CaSO4, Ca5(PO4)3(ОН), Ca3(C6H5O7)2);
- наночастиц серебра;
- силикатов магния и алюминия (глин);
- латексов;
- пищевых волокон, таких как микрокристаллическая целлюлоза, лигнин и хитин;
- клеток (например, дрожжевых клеток) или их фрагментов;
- гуминовых кислот;
- энтеросолюбильных полимеров (таких как, например, Eudragit® FS 30 D и Eudragit® L 100-55 от Evonik); и
- кристаллов жиров или жирных кислот.
9. Способ по п. 1, в котором твердые частицы представляют собой частицы диоксида кремния.
10. Способ по п. 1, в котором твердые частицы используют в количестве от 0,1 до 30 мас. % относительно общей массы эмульсии.
11. Способ по любому из пп. 1-10, в котором отношение твердых частиц к активному веществу находится в диапазоне от 1:1 до 1:30.
12. Полученные распылительной сушкой гранулы, содержащие
i) активное вещество;
ii) водорастворимый биополимер с молекулярной массой ниже 100 кДа и лишенный эмульгирующей способности;
iii) твердые частицы, которые нерастворимы в воде.
13. Гранулы по п. 12, получаемые способом по любому из пп. 1-11.
14. Потребительский продукт, содержащий гранулы по п. 12 или 13.
15. Потребительский продукт по п.14, который представляет собой ароматизированный или отдушенный продукт.
