Abstract
1. Claims (15)
1. Нетканый материал, содержащий:
волокна волокнистого сырьевого материала, содержащие биорезорбируемые и/или биосовместимые полимеры, причем эти волокна включают по меньшей мере одно биологически активное вещество, которое распределено в этих волокнах, где это биологически активное вещество является GDF-5-родственным белком, который является белком, содержащим цистин-узел-домен с идентичностью аминокислот по меньшей мере 60% относительно 102 аа-цистин-узел-домена GDF-5 человека, соответствующих аминокислотам 400-501 SEQ ID NO:2.
2. Нетканый материал по п.1, где биологически активный белок дополнительно распределен на этих волокнах.
3. Нетканый материал по п.2, где GDF-5-родственный белок является белком, содержащим цистин-узел-домен с идентичностью аминокислот по меньшей мере 70%, 80%, 90% или 95% относительно 102 aa-цистин-узел-домена GDF-5 человека.
4. Нетканый материал по п.1, где волокнистый сырьевой материал выбран из группы, состоящей из природных полимеров, синтетических полимеров и полимеров, произведенных из консервативных сырьевых материалов, каждый из которых может быть модифицированным или немодифицированным, и их комбинаций.

Нетканый материал по п.4, где природные полимеры выбраны из группы, состоящей из полипептидов, таких как коллаген, желатин, фибрин, казеин или полисахаридов, таких как декстран, целлюлоза, крахмал, хитин, хитозан, альгинат и гиалуроновая кислота, или полинуклеотидов, а также синтетических полимеров, таких как полилактид (PLA), полигликолид (PGA), поликапролактон (PCL), поливинилпирролидон (PVP), полиэтиленоксид (PEO), полиэтиленгликоль (PEG), полигидроксифиры, или их комбинаций.
6. Нетканый материал по п.1, где данное вещество диспергировано в эти волокна.
7. Нетканый материал по п.6, где диспергируемое вещество выбрано из группы неорганических веществ, подобных гидроксилапатиту и/или β-трикальцийфосфату.
8. Нетканый материал по п.1, где нетканый материал является продуцируемым или продуцируется спин-вращательным способом.
9. Нетканый материал по п.1, где по меньшей мере некоторые из волокон являются скрученными друг с другом, переплетенными друг с другом и имеют скрученную структуру, предпочтительно, где по меньшей мере некоторые из этих волокон переплетены друг с другом и образуют по меньшей мере один пучок волокон.
10. Нетканый материал по п.1, где по меньшей мере некоторые из этих волокон являются нановолокнами.
11. Нетканый материал по любому из пп.1-10, где материал включает структуру открытых пор, имеющих воздухопроницаемость между 0,01 и 100 л/мин∙см2.
12. Нетканый материал по любому из пп.1-10, где по меньшей мере 10% биологически активного вещества элюируются в пределах 3-7 дней при физиологических условиях (ЗФР-буфер, 10% Фетальная Телячья Сыворотка, 37°C).
13. Нетканый материал по любому из пп.1-10, для улучшенного заживления ран, включающих диабетические и другие язвы, ожоги, кожные повреждения и/или кожные трансплантаты, для индукции роста нервов или предотвращения смерти нейронов, для содействия ангиогенезу, для индукции пролиферации клеток-предшественников и/или клеток костного мозга; для поддержания состояния пролиферации или дифференцировки для лечения или сохранения ткани или клеток для трансплантации органа или ткани; для лечения дегенеративных нарушений, касающихся суставов для скелетных элементов, и/или для репарации мениска и/или спинального/межпозвонкового диска.
14. Нетканый материал по любому из пп.1-10, для содействия регенерации ткани, причем указанная ткань выбрана из группы, состоящей из кожной ткани, соединительной ткани, кости, хряща, фиксации соединительной ткани, сухожилия, связки, спинального/межпозвонкового диска, мениска, зубной ткани, дентина, периодонтальной связки, волос, тканей сенсорной системы, печени, поджелудочной железы, сердечной ткани, кровеносного сосуда, почечной, маточной ткани и ткани щитовидной железы, слизистых мембран, эндотелия, эпителия или нервной ткани.
15. Повязка для ран, прокладка для ран или имплантат, содержащие нетканый материал по любому из пп.1-14.
