色素沈着過度を緩和する色素脱失剤、即ち、N−アセチル−4−S−システアニミルフェノール、コウジ酸、アルブチン、アゼライン酸、カジノキ化合物、ケミカルピーリング剤(レゾルシノール、サリチル酸)、Kligman処方(Kligman’s formula)、Pathak処方(Pathak’s formula)、及びWesterhof処方(Westerhof’s formula)。
植物性薬品、即ち、カモミール、チョウセンニンジン、Gingkobiloba、クルクミン、グリチルリジン、カプサイシン、及びaloe vera。

更に緩衝液、安定剤、防腐剤、還元剤、抗酸化キレート化剤、等張性を改変する作用剤、脱臭剤、麻酔薬、アジュバント(免疫増強剤)及び溶解性増強添加物。
純粋なゼラチン、ゼラチンとヒアルロン酸、又はゼラチンとI型コラーゲンからなる、GDF−5速放性を示す不織物を以下の通り作製した。
ポリビニルピロリドン(A.)、ポリエチレンオキシド(B.)、又は、ゼラチンとヒドロキシルアパタイト(C.)からなり、GDF−5徐放性を示す不織物を以下の通り作製した。
(A.)ポリビニルピロリドン(Kollidon F 90、BASF AG.、Germany)40gをビーカーに満たし、磁気攪拌器及び水160gを加えた。その後、混合物を室温で24時間撹拌し、80℃まで加熱した。最後に溶液を1時間超音波処理した後、冷却して60℃とした。
Claims (14)
- 生体吸収性及び/又は生体適合性ポリマーを含む繊維原料からなり、
繊維内に少なくとも1種の生物活性物質が分布した繊維を含み、
前記生物活性物質が繊維の内部に組み込まれており、該生物活性物質はGDF−5関連タンパク質であり、
GDF−5関連タンパク質が、配列番号2に示すヒトGDF−5のアミノ酸配列400位〜501位における、102のアミノ酸シスチンノットドメインに対して、少なくとも95%の同一性を有するアミノ酸配列のシスチンノットドメインを含むタンパク質であり、
回転紡糸方法によって作製される糸からなる不織布。 - 繊維上に、更に生物活性タンパク質が分布している請求項1に記載の不織布。
- 繊維原料が、修飾され又は修飾されていない、天然ポリマー、合成ポリマー、及び化石原料由来ポリマー、並びにそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される請求項1又は請求項2のいずれかに記載の不織布。
- 繊維原料が天然ポリマーであり、該天然ポリマーが、ポリペプチド、多糖、ポリヌクレオチド、又はそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される請求項3に記載の不織布。
- 繊維原料が合成ポリマーであり、該合成ポリマーが、ポリ乳酸(PLA)、ポリグリコリド(PGA)、ポリカプロラクトン(PCL)、ポリビニルピロリドン(PVP)、ポリエチレンオキシド(PEO)、ポリエチレングリコール(PEG)、ポリヒドロキシエステル、又はそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される請求項3に記載の不織布。
- 物質がフィラメント中に分散している請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の不織布。
- 分散している物質が、無機物質の群から選択される請求項6に記載の不織布。
- 繊維の少なくともいくつかが、互いに撚り合わされて撚り合わさった構造を有する、又は、互いに絡み合わされている請求項1〜請求項7のいずれかに記載の不織布。
- 繊維の少なくともいくつかがナノ繊維である請求項1〜請求項8のいずれかに記載の不織布。
- 0.01〜100L/min・cm2の通気性を有する開いた細孔構造を含む請求項1〜請求項9のいずれかに記載の不織布。
- 生理的条件下(PBS緩衝液、10%ウシ胎仔血清、37℃)で、生物活性物質の少なくとも10%が3〜7日以内に放出する請求項1〜請求項10のいずれかに記載の不織布。
- 糖尿病性潰瘍及び他の潰瘍、熱傷、皮膚傷害及び/若しくは皮膚グラフトを含めた創傷の治癒を改善するため、神経成長を誘導する若しくは神経細胞死を予防するため、血管新生を促進するため、前駆細胞及び/若しくは骨髄細胞の増殖を誘導するため;
臓器若しくは組織を移植するための組織若しくは細胞を処理若しくは保存するために、増殖若しくは分化の状態を維持するため;
骨格要素に対する関節に係わる変性障害を治療するため、並びに/又は半月板及び/若しくは脊椎/椎間板を修復するための請求項1〜請求項11のいずれかに記載の不織布。 - 皮膚組織、結合組織、骨、軟骨、結合組織性付着、腱、靭帯、脊椎/椎間板、半月板、歯の組織、象牙質、歯根膜、毛髪、感覚系の組織、肝臓組織、膵臓組織、心臓組織、血管組織、腎臓組織、子宮組織、甲状腺組織、粘膜、内皮、上皮又は神経組織からなる群から選択される組織の再生を促進するための請求項1〜請求項12のいずれかに記載の不織布。
- 請求項1〜請求項13のいずれかに記載の不織布を含む創傷被覆材、創傷パッド又はインプラント。
