Abstract

1. Композиционный материал для применении на обращенной к продукту стороне многослойной упаковочной пленки, содержащий слой на биологической основе, выбранный из PLA (полимолочная кислота), РНА (полигидроксиалканоат) и их смесей и адгезионный слой, содержащий металл, окись металла, окись металлоида или их сочетания, нанесенные на него.2. Композиционный материал по п.1, в котором адгезионный слой и слой на биологической основе являются совместно экструдированными.3. Композиционный материал по п.2, в котором слой пленки на биологической основе представляет собой герметизирующий слой, содержащий аморфную PLA.4. Композиционный материал по п.2, в котором адгезионный слой содержит аморфный PET (полиэтилентерефталат).5. Композиционный материал по п.2, в котором адгезионный слой содержит PGA (полигликолевая кислота).6. Композиционный материал по п.2, в котором адгезионный слой содержит EVOH (сополимер этилена и винилового спирта).7. Композиционный материал по п.2, в котором адгезионный слой содержит нейлон.8. Композиционный материал по п.7, в котором адгезионный слой дополнительно содержит покрытие из EVOH.9. Композиционный материал по п.1, дополнительно содержащий клей на биологической основе.10. Композиционный материал по п.1, в котором адгезионный слой нанесен на слой на биологической основе.11. Композиционный материал по п.10, в котором адгезионный слой содержит EVOH.12. Claims (21)

1. Композиционный материал для применении на обращенной к продукту стороне многослойной упаковочной пленки, содержащий слой на биологической основе, выбранный из PLA (полимолочная кислота), РНА (полигидроксиалканоат) и их смесей и адгезионный слой, содержащий металл, окись металла, окись металлоида или их сочетания, нанесенные на него.
2. Композиционный материал по п.1, в котором адгезионный слой и слой на биологической основе являются совместно экструдированными.
3. Композиционный материал по п.2, в котором слой пленки на биологической основе представляет собой герметизирующий слой, содержащий аморфную PLA.
4. Композиционный материал по п.2, в котором адгезионный слой содержит аморфный PET (полиэтилентерефталат).
5. Композиционный материал по п.2, в котором адгезионный слой содержит PGA (полигликолевая кислота).
6. Композиционный материал по п.2, в котором адгезионный слой содержит EVOH (сополимер этилена и винилового спирта).
7. Композиционный материал по п.2, в котором адгезионный слой содержит нейлон.
8. Композиционный материал по п.7, в котором адгезионный слой дополнительно содержит покрытие из EVOH.
9. Композиционный материал по п.1, дополнительно содержащий клей на биологической основе.
10. Композиционный материал по п.1, в котором адгезионный слой нанесен на слой на биологической основе.
11. Композиционный материал по п.10, в котором адгезионный слой содержит EVOH.
12. Композиционный материал по п.10, в котором адгезионный слой содержит PVOH (поливиниловый спирт).
13. Композиционный материал по п.10, в котором адгезионный слой содержит смесь PVOH/ЕАА (этиленакриловая кислота).
14. Композиционный материал по п.10, в котором адгезионный слой содержит слой грунтовки.
15. Композиционный материал по п.1, в котором слой на биологической основе содержит PLA.
16. Композиционный материал по п.1, в котором слой на биологической основе содержит РНА.
17. Способ изготовления барьерной пленки на биологической основе, содержащий стадии, на которых:
а) наносят адгезионный слой на слой на биологической основе, выбранный из PLA, РНА и их смесей,
б) наносят барьерный слой, содержащий металл, окись металла, окись металлоида или их сочетания, на адгезионный слой.
18. Способ по п.17, в котором адгезионный слой экструдируют совместно со слоем на биологической основе.
19. Способ по п.18, в котором адгезионный слой содержит один или несколько полимеров, выбранных из аморфного PET, PGA, EVOH, нейлона и их смесей.
20. Способ по п.17, в котором адгезионный слой наносят на слой на биологической основе.
21. Способ по п.20, в котором адгезионный слой содержит содержит один или несколько полимеров, выбранных из EVOH, PVOH, смеси PVOH/EAA и грунтовки.
