Abstract

Description

可冷塑的层压材料
本发明涉及一种可冷塑的层压材料,其用于制备包装药物和医学技术的产品和诊断试剂的容器,其具有铝膜、在铝膜第一面上所设置的作为外层的双轴向拉伸塑料膜和在铝膜第二面上所设置的密封层。
为制备包装药物和医学技术的产品和诊断试剂的容器,如泡形包装或压穿包装的底板,已知一种具有双轴向拉伸塑料膜/铝膜/密封层(漆、塑料膜或塑料涂层)结构的可冷塑的层压材料。外层塑料膜与铝膜的接合是通过粘合剂实现的,这时该铝膜主要是经涂漆,以补偿涂层对铝膜的影响。也曾建议通过热延压来达到双轴向拉伸的聚酰胺外层膜与铝膜之间的接合,这时要预先涂以粘合剂或层合剂并经干燥。
用前述的层压材料通过冷塑可达到约30%的最大可塑性。其耐湿性和耐热性即该外层塑料膜的耐脱层性在ICH条件下最大为26星期。
本发明的目的在于提供一种前述类型的可冷塑层压材料,与现有技术的层压材料相比,其冷塑性至少可提高15%以上,并且在ICH条件下的耐脱层性至少为52星期。
以下面两种途径基本上可实现本发明的目的:
1.通过挤压层合使铝膜与外层的双轴向拉伸塑料膜相接合。外层的双轴向拉伸塑料膜优选是下列类型:PE(聚乙烯)、PP(聚丙烯)、PA(聚酰胺)、聚酯、PEN(聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯)、COC(环烯烃-乙烯-共聚物)或PS(聚苯乙烯)。该膜厚为10-50μm,优选15-30μm。
适用的层合剂是经粘附改性的聚烯烃,特别是PE-MAH(聚乙烯-马来酸酐-接枝聚合物)、PP-MAH(聚丙烯-马来酸酐-接枝聚合物)、EVA(乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯-共聚物)-MAH或PE-共聚物,特别是EAA(乙烯-丙烯酸)、EBA(乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯)、EMA(乙烯-甲基丙烯酸)、EEA(乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯)或离聚物。该挤压层合的厚度为2-30μm,优选3-12μm,作为单层或共挤压,如PP-MAH /PP/PP-MAH。
在特别优选的层压结构中,该外层由双轴向拉伸(取向)聚酰胺
-膜(oPA-膜)组成,该膜是用PE-LLD(线性,低密度)-MAH挤压层合到铝膜上而成。
双轴取向塑料膜和/或铝膜可涂以底漆。适用的底漆是基于水的或基于溶剂的聚酰胺、PP-MAH、EAA或丙烯酸酯等底漆。
2.外层的双轴向拉伸塑料膜用聚烯烃挤压涂覆,并涂漆层合到铝膜上。该双轴向拉伸塑料膜的涂有聚烯烃的面可朝铝膜或朝外面。
该外层的双轴向拉伸塑料膜优选下列类型:PE、PP、聚酰胺、聚酯、PEN、COC或聚苯乙烯,并且用PE或PP挤压涂覆。该挤压涂层的涂布重量为5-40g/m2,优选10-30g/m2
该两种解决途径导致一种足以满足冷塑度和耐脱层性方面要求的层压材料。
适用于本发明层压材料的铝膜厚度为20-100μm,优选30-70μm。该铝膜可是软性的或可具有特定的硬度。
本发明的层压材料可在现有的包装装置上加工成包装容器。
该内层或密封层可以是一种未经拉伸的与铝膜涂漆层合或挤压层合的塑料膜。优选是基于PVC(聚氯乙烯)、PVDC(聚偏1,1-二氯乙烯)、PE、PP、聚烯烃共聚物,特别是EAA、EEA和离聚物、聚酰胺、聚苯乙烯、COC、PET、PEN或PCTFE(聚氯四氟乙烯,ACLAR)的塑料膜。该塑料膜或两层或多层膜的组合的厚度为10-120μm,优选19-100μm。该挤压层合例如可用PE三聚物进行。以漆层合时可用水性层合剂、基于溶剂的或无溶剂的层合剂进行。
该密封层也可是聚烯烃,并且该铝膜可用该密封层挤压涂覆。优选是通过挤压涂覆而制备的密封层由聚烯烃塑料组成,特别是由PE、PP、EAA、EAA-PE-LD组成,或由离聚物如由丙烯酸钠或丙烯酸锌共离聚物或三离聚物如SURLYN组成,其涂覆重量为5-80g/m2,优选15-40g/m2,或用PVDC涂覆时的涂覆重量为5-120g/m2,优选20-60g/m2
经挤压层合的密封层或通过挤压涂覆而制备的密封层是环境友好型的,因为其不需溶剂,由此大气也不会被VOC所污染。
另一些优选的密封层是基于丙烯酸酯、聚丁酯(Polybutylate)、Morprime、含聚烯烃基的苯乙烯丙烯酸酯、PVC/AC加丙烯酸酯、PP/丁二烯或聚酯/丁二烯/苯乙烯的热密封漆,其涂覆重量为2-20g/m2,优选5-15g/m2
该铝膜也可涂以底漆,并且该密封层涂在底漆上。适用的底漆是例如EAA或聚酰亚胺底漆。
用于密封层的塑料取决于用于封闭由该层压材料所制备的包装容器所提供的覆盖膜的结构。

Claims (16)

6.权利要求1的可冷塑层压材料,其特征在于,外层的双轴向拉伸塑料膜是下列类型:PE、PP、聚酰胺、聚酯、PEN、COC或聚苯乙烯,并用经粘附改性的聚烯烃,特别是PE-MAH、PP-MAH、EVA-MAH或聚乙烯共聚物,特别是EAA、EMA、EEA或离聚物挤压层合到铝膜上。
7.权利要求6的可冷塑层压材料,其特征在于,该双轴向拉伸塑料膜的厚度为10-50μm,优选15-30μm。
8.权利要求6的可冷塑层压材料,其特征在于,该铝膜用底漆涂覆。
9.权利要求2的可冷塑层压材料,其特征在于,该外层的双轴向拉伸塑料膜是下列类型:PE、PP、聚酰胺、聚酯、PEN、COC或聚苯乙烯,并且用PE或PP挤压涂覆。
10.权利要求9的可冷塑层压材料,其特征在于,该挤压涂层的涂布重量为5-40g/m2,优选10-30g/m2
11.权利要求3的可冷塑层压材料,其特征在于,该密封层是基于PVC、PVDC、PE、PP、聚烯烃共聚物,特别是EAA、EEA和离聚物、聚酰胺、聚苯乙烯、COC、PET、PEN或PCTFE的未经拉伸的塑料膜。
12.权利要求11的可冷塑层压材料,其特征在于,该密层封厚度为10-120μm,优选19-100μm。
13.权利要求4的可冷塑层压材料,其特征在于,该密封层是PE、PP、EAA或离聚物。
14.权利要求5的可冷塑层压材料,其特征在于,该密封层是基于丙烯酸酯、聚丁酯、Morprime、含聚烯烃基的苯乙烯丙烯酸酯、PVC/AC加丙烯酸酯、PP/丁二烯或聚酯/丁二烯/苯乙烯的热密封漆。
15.权利要求14的可冷塑层压材料,其特征在于,该热密封漆的涂覆重量为2-20g/m2,优选5-15g/m2
16.权利要求11-15之一的可冷塑层压材料,其特征在于,该铝膜经底漆涂覆,并且该密封层涂覆于该底漆上。
