Abstract

1. Устройство управления запуском двигателя для гибридного автомобиля, снабженного двигателем внутреннего сгорания и электродвигателем в качестве источников энергии, характеризующееся тем, что выполнено с возможностью входить в зацепление с устройством зацепления, установленным между электродвигателем и двигателем внутреннего сгорания, и запускать двигатель внутреннего сгорания с помощью силы тяги от электродвигателя во время передвижения гибридного автомобиля только с помощью силы тяги от электродвигателя,при этом, когда во время передвижения на электрической тяге подается запрос о запуске двигателя, устройство управления запуском двигателя определяет, является ли скорость (Ms) вращения электродвигателя, передаваемая от электродвигателя на устройство зацепления, меньшей или равной скорости (Ei) вращения холостого хода двигателя внутреннего сгорания, иесли определено, что скорость (Ms) вращения электродвигателя меньше или равна скорости (Ei) вращения холостого хода, то устройство управления запуском двигателя управляет запуском двигателя внутреннего сгорания в режиме низкой скорости, при котором устанавливаются возможности зацепления тем больше, чем меньше отношение зацепления, определяемое как отношение скорости (Ne) вращения двигателя внутреннего сгорания к скорости (Ms) вращения электродвигателя, при условии, что отношение зацепления меньше 1, и возможности зацепления устанавливаются равными 0, если отношение зацепления больше или равно 1, аесли определено, что скорость (Ms) вращения электродвигателя больше скорости (Ei) вращения холостого хода, то устройство управления запуском двигателя управляе

Claims (7)

1. Устройство управления запуском двигателя для гибридного автомобиля, снабженного двигателем внутреннего сгорания и электродвигателем в качестве источников энергии, характеризующееся тем, что выполнено с возможностью входить в зацепление с устройством зацепления, установленным между электродвигателем и двигателем внутреннего сгорания, и запускать двигатель внутреннего сгорания с помощью силы тяги от электродвигателя во время передвижения гибридного автомобиля только с помощью силы тяги от электродвигателя,
при этом, когда во время передвижения на электрической тяге подается запрос о запуске двигателя, устройство управления запуском двигателя определяет, является ли скорость (Ms) вращения электродвигателя, передаваемая от электродвигателя на устройство зацепления, меньшей или равной скорости (Ei) вращения холостого хода двигателя внутреннего сгорания, и
если определено, что скорость (Ms) вращения электродвигателя меньше или равна скорости (Ei) вращения холостого хода, то устройство управления запуском двигателя управляет запуском двигателя внутреннего сгорания в режиме низкой скорости, при котором устанавливаются возможности зацепления тем больше, чем меньше отношение зацепления, определяемое как отношение скорости (Ne) вращения двигателя внутреннего сгорания к скорости (Ms) вращения электродвигателя, при условии, что отношение зацепления меньше 1, и возможности зацепления устанавливаются равными 0, если отношение зацепления больше или равно 1, а
если определено, что скорость (Ms) вращения электродвигателя больше скорости (Ei) вращения холостого хода, то устройство управления запуском двигателя управляет запуском двигателя внутреннего сгорания в режиме высокой скорости, при котором устанавливаются возможности зацепления тем больше, чем меньше отношение вращений холостого хода, определяемое как отношение скорости (Ne) вращения двигателя внутреннего сгорания к скорости (Ei) вращения холостого хода, при условии, что отношение вращений холостого хода меньше 1, и возможности зацепления устанавливаются равными 0, если отношение вращений холостого хода больше или равно 1.
2. Устройство управления запуском двигателя для гибридного автомобиля, снабженного двигателем внутреннего сгорания и электродвигателем в качестве источников энергии, характеризующееся тем, что выполнено с возможностью входить в зацепление с устройством зацепления, установленным между электродвигателем и двигателем внутреннего сгорания, и запускать двигатель внутреннего сгорания с помощью силы тяги от электродвигателя во время передвижения гибридного автомобиля только с помощью силы тяги от электродвигателя,
при этом, когда во время передвижения на электрической тяге подается запрос о запуске двигателя, устройство управления запуском двигателя определяет, является ли скорость (Ms) вращения электродвигателя, передаваемая от электродвигателя на устройство зацепления, меньшей или равной скорости (Ei) вращения холостого хода двигателя внутреннего сгорания, и
если определено, что скорость (Ms) вращения электродвигателя меньше или равна скорости (Ei) вращения холостого хода, то устройство управления запуском двигателя управляет запуском двигателя внутреннего сгорания в режиме низкой скорости, при котором устанавливаются возможности зацепления тем больше, чем меньше отношение зацепления, определяемое как отношение скорости (Ne) вращения двигателя внутреннего сгорания к скорости (Ms) вращения электродвигателя, при условии, что отношение зацепления меньше 1, и возможности зацепления устанавливаются равными 0, если отношение зацепления больше или равно 1.

Устройство управления запуском двигателя для гибридного автомобиля, снабженного двигателем внутреннего сгорания и электродвигателем в качестве источников энергии, характеризующееся тем, что выполнено с возможностью входить в зацепление с устройством зацепления, установленным между электродвигателем и двигателем внутреннего сгорания, и запускать двигатель внутреннего сгорания с помощью силы тяги от электродвигателя во время передвижения гибридного автомобиля только с помощью силы тяги от электродвигателя,
при этом, когда во время передвижения на электрической тяге подается запрос о запуске двигателя, устройство управления запуском двигателя определяет, является ли скорость (Ms) вращения электродвигателя, передаваемая от электродвигателя на устройство зацепления, меньше или равной скорости (Ei) вращения холостого хода двигателя внутреннего сгорания, и
если определено, что скорость (Ms) вращения электродвигателя больше скорости (Ei) вращения холостого хода, то устройство управления запуском двигателя управляет запуском двигателя внутреннего сгорания в режиме высокой скорости, при котором устанавливаются возможности зацепления тем больше, чем меньше отношение вращений холостого хода, определяемое как отношение скорости (Ne) вращения двигателя внутреннего сгорания к скорости (Ei) вращения холостого хода, при условии, что отношение вращений холостого хода меньше 1, и возможности зацепления устанавливаются равными 0, если отношение вращений холостого хода больше или равно 1.
4. Устройство управления запуском двигателя по п.2 или 3, характеризующееся тем, что выполнено с возможностью управлять электродвигателем так, чтобы он генерировал крутящий момент при установленных возможностях зацепления в режиме низкой скорости или в режиме высокой скорости, добавленный к силе тяги, требуемой для запуска двигателя внутреннего сгорания во время передвижения на электрической тяге.
5. Устройство управления запуском двигателя по п.1, характеризующееся тем, что запрос о запуске двигателя подается тогда, когда скорость передвижения автомобиля больше заданной допустимой скорости запуска двигателя.
6. Устройство управления запуском двигателя по п.1, характеризующееся тем, что
гибридный автомобиль снабжен силовым агрегатом для передачи силы тяги от указанных источников энергии на ведущие колеса по двум путям с различными передаточными отношениями,
при этом электродвигатель соединен с одним или другим из этих двух путей, и
если определено, что скорость (Ms) вращения электродвигателя меньше или равна скорости (Ei) вращения холостого хода двигателя внутреннего сгорания, устройство управления запуском двигателя изменяет путь соединения с электродвигателем на другой путь и определяет, является ли скорость (Ms) вращения электродвигателя, передаваемая от электродвигателя по указанному пути соединения, меньшей или равной скорости (Ei) вращения холостого хода двигателя внутреннего сгорания.
7. Устройство управления запуском двигателя по п.6, характеризующееся тем, что выполнено с возможностью изменять путь соединения, по которому соединяется электродвигатель, и запускать двигатель внутреннего сгорания по этому пути соединения в следующих случаях: когда состояние заряда (СЗ) источника энергии электродвигателя меньше или равно заданному значению, или когда температура электродвигателя больше или равна заданному значению или электродвигатель работает со сбоями, или в обоих случаях.
