Abstract

1. Абразивные частицы по п.2, отличающиеся тем, что множество канавок располагаются поперек всей второй грани и пересекаются с первым ребром второй грани под углом 90 градусов.4. Абразивные частицы по пп.1, 2 или 3, отличающиеся тем, что поперечное сечение множества канавок имеет форму треугольника или усеченного треугольника.5. Абразивные частицы из по пп.1, 2 или 3, отличающиеся тем, что множество канавок располагаются на процентном расстоянии, и процентное расстояние равно от примерно 1% до примерно 50%.6. Абразивные частицы по пп.1, 2 или 3, отличающиеся тем, что каждая из множества канавок имеет глубину D и процентное соотношение D/T, составляющее от примерно 0,1% до примерно 30%.7. Абразивные частицы по пп.1, 2 или 3, отличающиеся тем, что имеют угол штамповочного уклона α между второй гранью и боковой стенкой, и угол штамповочного уклона α составляет от примерно 95 градусов до примерно 130 градусов.8. Абразивные частицы по пп.1, 2 или 3, отличающиеся тем, что периметр первой грани и периметр второй грани образуют равносторонний треугольник.9. Claims (23)

1. Абразивные частицы, включающие:
фасонные абразивные частицы с боковой стенкой, каждая из фасонных абразивных частиц содержит альфа-оксид алюминия и имеет первую грань и вторую грань, разделенные боковой стенкой и имеющие максимальную толщину, Т; и
фасонные абразивные частицы, кроме того, имеющие множество канавок на второй грани.
2. Абразивные частицы по п.1, отличающиеся тем, что множество канавок образуют параллельные линии на второй грани.
3. Абразивные частицы по п.2, отличающиеся тем, что множество канавок располагаются поперек всей второй грани и пересекаются с первым ребром второй грани под углом 90 градусов.
4. Абразивные частицы по пп.1, 2 или 3, отличающиеся тем, что поперечное сечение множества канавок имеет форму треугольника или усеченного треугольника.
5. Абразивные частицы из по пп.1, 2 или 3, отличающиеся тем, что множество канавок располагаются на процентном расстоянии, и процентное расстояние равно от примерно 1% до примерно 50%.
6. Абразивные частицы по пп.1, 2 или 3, отличающиеся тем, что каждая из множества канавок имеет глубину D и процентное соотношение D/T, составляющее от примерно 0,1% до примерно 30%.

11. Абразивные частицы по п.1, отличающиеся тем, что множество канавок образуют заштрихованную структуру из пересекающихся линий.
12. Абразивные частицы по п.1, отличающиеся тем, что включают связующее вещество, образующее абразивный материал, выбранный из группы абразивных материалов со связкой, абразивных материалов с покрытием, нетканых абразивных материалов и абразивных щеток.
13. Абразивный материал с покрытием, включающий абразивные частицы по п.1 и типовое покрытие на первой главной поверхности подкладки, и смесь фасонных абразивных частиц, прикрепленных к типовому покрытию наклонной боковой стенкой, образующих абразивный слой, абразивный слой покрыт размерным покрытием, и где смесь фасонных абразивных частиц включает множество фасонных абразивных частиц с множеством канавок и множество фасонных абразивных частиц без множества канавок.
14. Абразивный материал по п.13, отличающийся тем, что смесь фасонных абразивных частиц на приблизительно 40%-60% по весу состоит из фасонных абразивных частиц с множеством канавок и на приблизительно 40%-60% из фасонных абразивных частиц без множества канавок.
15. Производственный инструмент для изготовления фасонных абразивных частиц, имеющий множество полостей литейной формы, множество полостей литейной формы состоят из нижней поверхности литейной формы, боковой стенки литейной формы и высоты Нc; нижняя поверхность литейной формы и боковая стенка литейной формы имеют полимерную поверхность; и где нижняя поверхность литейной формы имеет множество выступов.
16. Производственный инструмент по п.15, отличающийся тем, что множество выступов образуют параллельные линии.
17. Производственный инструмент по п.16, отличающийся тем, что множество выступов располагаются поперек всей нижней поверхности литейной формы и пересекают боковую стенку литейной формы под углом 90 градусов.
18. Производственный инструмент по пп.15, 16 или 17, отличающийся тем, что поперечное сечение множества выступов имеет форму треугольника или усеченного треугольника.
19. Производственный инструмент по пп.15, 16 или 17, отличающийся тем, что множество выступов располагаются на процентном расстоянии, процентное расстояние равно от примерно 1% до примерно 50%.
20. Производственный инструмент по пп.15, 16 или 17, отличающийся тем, что каждый из множества выступов имеет высоту Нr и множество полостей литейной формы имеет высоту Нc, а процентное соотношение Нr/Нс составляет от примерно 0,1% до примерно 30%.
21. Производственный инструмент по пп.15, 16 или 17, отличающийся тем, что имеет угол штамповочного уклона α между нижней поверхностью литейной формы и боковой стенкой литейной формы, и угол штамповочного уклона α составляет от примерно 95 градусов до примерно 130 градусов.
22. Производственный инструмент по пп.15, 16 или 17, отличающийся тем, что периметр нижней поверхности литейной формы образует равносторонний треугольник.
23. Производственный инструмент по п.15, отличающийся тем, что множество выступов образуют заштрихованную структуру из пересекающихся линий.
