Многослойное формованное изделие (1), включающее:а. наружный слой (2), содержащийi. термопластичный полимер иii. по меньшей мере один наношкальный поглотитель ИК-излучения (8),а такжеb. находящийся ниже наружного слоя (2) внутренний слой (3), содержащийi. термопластичный полимер,причем поглотителем ИК-излучения является легированный сурьмой или индием оксид олова в виде наночастиц или борид редкоземельного металла в виде наночастиц.2. Многослойное формованное изделие (1) по п.1, причем наружный слой (2) непосредственно контактирует с внутренним слоем (3).3. Claims (15)

1. Многослойное формованное изделие (1), включающее:
а. наружный слой (2), содержащий
i. термопластичный полимер и
ii. по меньшей мере один наношкальный поглотитель ИК-излучения (8),
а также
b. находящийся ниже наружного слоя (2) внутренний слой (3), содержащий
i. термопластичный полимер,
причем поглотителем ИК-излучения является легированный сурьмой или индием оксид олова в виде наночастиц или борид редкоземельного металла в виде наночастиц.
2. Многослойное формованное изделие (1) по п.1, причем наружный слой (2) непосредственно контактирует с внутренним слоем (3).

Многослойное формованное изделие (1) по п.1, причем в качестве термопластичного полимера в наружном слое используют полиацеталь, полиакрилат, полиалкилакрилат, поликарбонат, полистирол, сложный полиэфир, полиамид, полиамидимид, полиарилат, полиарилсульфон, полиэфирсульфон, полифенилсульфид, поливинилхлорид, полисульфон, полиимид, полиэфиримид, политетрафторэтилен, полиэфиркетон, полиэфирэфиркетон, полиэфиркетокетон, полибензооксазол, полиоксадиазол, полибензотиазинофенотиазин, полибензотиазол, полипиразинохиноксалин, полипиромеллитимид, полихиноксалин, полибензимидазол, полиоксиндол, полиоксоизоиндолин, полидизоксоизоиндолин, политриазин, полипиридазин, полипиперазин, полипиридин, полипиперидин, политриазол, полипиразол, полипирролидин, поликарборан, полиоксабициклононан, полибициклонон, полидибензофуран, полифталид, полиацеталь, полиангидрид, полимер простого винилового эфира, поливинилтиоэфир, поливиниловый спирт, поливинилкетон, поливинилгалогенид, поливинилнитрил, полимер сложного винилового эфира, полисульфонат, полисульфид, политиоэфир, полисульфамид, полиуретан, полифосфазин, полисилазан, полиимид, полиметилметакрилат, полиэтилентерефталат, полиолефин, например, полиэтилен или полипропилен, сополимер на основе акрилонитрила, стирола и акрилатов, поливинилбутираль или смесь указанных полимеров.

Многослойное формованное изделие (1) по п.1, причем в качестве термопластичного полимера во внутреннем слое используют полиацеталь, полиакрилат, полиалкилакрилат, поликарбонат, полистирол, сложный полиэфир, полиамид, полиамидимид, полиарилат, полиарилсульфон, полиэфирсульфон, полифенилсульфид, поливинилхлорид, полисульфон, полиимид, полиэфиримид, политетрафторэтилен, полиэфиркетон, полиэфирэфиркетон, полиэфиркетокетон, полибензооксазол, полиоксадиазол, полибензотиазинофенотиазин, полибензотиазол, полипиразинохиноксалин, полипиромеллитимид, полихиноксалин, полибензимидазол, полиоксиндол, полиоксоизоиндолин, полидизоксоизоиндолин, политриазин, полипиридазин, полипиперазин, полипиридин, полипиперидин, политриазол, полипиразол, полипирролидин, поликарборан, полиоксабициклононан, полибициклонон, полидибензофуран, полифталид, полиацеталь, полиангидрид, полимер простого винилового эфира, поливинилтиоэфир, поливиниловый спирт, поливинилкетон, поливинилгалогенид, поливинилнитрил, полимер сложного винилового эфира, полисульфонат, полисульфид, политиоэфир, полисульфамид, полиуретан, полифосфазин, полисилазан, полиимид, полиметилметакрилат, полиэтилентерефталат, полиолефин, например, полиэтилен или полипропилен, сополимер на основе акрилонитрила, стирола и акрилатов, поливинилбутираль или смесь указанных полимеров.

Многослойное формованное изделие (1) по п.1, причем наружный слой (2) в качестве дополнительных добавок содержит УФ-абсорберы, органические поглотители ИК-излучения не в виде частиц, стабилизаторы, антиоксиданты, красители, неорганические соли, перламутровые пигменты, вещества, отражающие излучение в ближней ИК-области спектра, средства против запотевания или наполнители.
6. Многослойное формованное изделие (1) по п.1, причем внутренний слой (3) в качестве дополнительных добавок содержит УФ-абсорберы, органические поглотители ИК-излучения не в виде частиц, стабилизаторы, антиоксиданты, красители, неорганические соли, перламутровые пигменты, вещества, отражающие излучение в ближней ИК-области спектра, средства против запотевания или наполнители.
7. Многослойное формованное изделие (1) по одному из пп.1-6, причем многослойное формованное изделие находится в виде плиты или пленки.
8. Способ получения многослойного формованного изделия (1), отличающийся тем, что
а. наружный слой (2), содержащий
i. термопластичный полимер,
ii. по меньшей мере один наношкальный поглотитель ИК-излучения,
iii. при необходимости по меньшей мере один УФ-абсорбер,
iv. при необходимости по меньшей мере один органический поглотитель ИК-излучения не в виде частиц и
v. при необходимости антиоксиданты,
b. наносят на поверхность внутреннего слоя (3), содержащего
i. термопластичный полимер,
причем поглотителем ИК-излучения является легированный сурьмой или индием оксид олова в виде наночастиц или борид редкоземельного металла в виде наночастиц.
9. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что наружный слой (2) и внутренний слой (3) изготавливают одновременно или последовательно.
10. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что наружный слой (2) и внутренний слой (3) соэкструдируют.
11. Способ по п.10, отличающийся тем, что многослойное формованное изделие (1) подвергают ламинированию.
12. Применение многослойного формованного изделия по одному из пп.1-7 для контроля тепла.
13. Применение многослойного формованного изделия по одному из пп.1-7 в качестве пленок в сельском хозяйстве.
14. Применение многослойного формованного изделия по одному из пп.1-7 в качестве элемента окон.
15. Применение многослойного формованного изделия по одному из пп.1-7 в качестве элемента пустотелых плит, двойных плит, плит с множеством перегородок или монолитных плит.
