本发明涉及一种防反光广告牌,主要由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:脲醛树脂60‑80份、八溴二苯基氧化物2‑3份、防反光剂0.3‑1.7份、增塑剂2‑3份、稀土配合物纳米发光材料1.5‑2.0份、增韧剂0.1‑0.2份、氯乙烯‑酯酸乙烯共聚物2‑4份、黏胶0.2‑0.3份、水杨酸酯类化合物1‑4份。本发明的广告牌相比传统的塑料广告牌,通过防反光剂与黏胶的协同作用显著降低了广告牌的反光系数,避免了烈日下无法看清广告内容的问题。

本发明涉及广告器材生产技术,尤其涉及一种防反光广告牌。
背景技术
现有的广告牌一般为塑料制备,由于塑料材料本身的特性,使得广告牌有一定的反光系数,在阳光强烈时直视广告牌会有些耀眼。

为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种反光系数低、色度好的广告牌,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种防反光广告牌,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:脲醛树脂60-80份、八溴二苯基氧化物2-3份、防反光剂0.3-1.7份、增塑剂2-3份、稀土配合物纳米发光材料1.5-2.0份、增韧剂0.1-0.2份、氯乙烯-酯酸乙烯共聚物2-4 份、黏胶0.2-0.3份、水杨酸酯类化合物1-4份。
进一步的,所述增韧剂为热塑性弹性体。
进一步的,所述增塑剂为DEHP。
进一步的,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:脲醛树脂70份、八溴二苯基氧化物2.5份、防反光剂1份、增塑剂2.5份、稀土配合物纳米发光材料1.8份、增韧剂0.15份、氯乙烯-酯酸乙烯共聚物3份、黏胶0.25份、水杨酸酯类化合物 2.5份。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过防反光剂与黏胶的协同作用显著降低了广告牌的反光系数,避免了烈日下无法看清广告内容的问题。

一种防反光广告牌,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:脲醛树脂60份、八溴二苯基氧化物2份、防反光剂0.5份、增塑剂2份、稀土配合物纳米发光材料1.5份、增韧剂0.1份、氯乙烯-酯酸乙烯共聚物2份、黏胶0.2份、水杨酸酯类化合物1份。
