- カバー層(2)でさらなる添加剤として、UV吸収剤、非粒子状有機IR吸収剤、安定剤、抗酸化剤、着色剤、無機塩、真珠光沢顔料、NIR反射性物質、曇り防止剤、又は充填材を使用する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の多層成形体(1)。
- カバー層(2)におけるさらなる添加剤としてUV吸収剤を選択する、請求項6に記載の多層成形体(1)。
- カバー層(2)におけるさらなる添加剤として安定剤を選択する、請求項6に記載の多層成形体(1)。
- カバー層(2)におけるさらなる添加剤として、安定剤とUV吸収剤を選択する、請求項6に記載の多層成形体(1)。
- カバー層(2)におけるさらなる添加剤として、安定剤、UV吸収剤、及び抗酸化剤を選択する、請求項6に記載の多層成形体(1)。
- 内部層(3)でさらなる添加剤として、UV吸収剤、非粒子状有機IR吸収剤、安定剤、抗酸化剤、着色剤、無機塩、真珠光沢顔料、NIR反射性物質、曇り防止剤、又は充填材を使用する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の多層成形体(1)。
- 多層成形体(1)がプレート又はシートの形で存在する、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の多層成形体(1)。
- a.カバー層(2)を
b.内部層(3)の表面に
施与する、多層成形体(1)の製造方法において、
前記a.のカバー層(2)が、
i.熱可塑性ポリマー、
ii.少なくとも1つのナノスケールのIR吸収剤、
iii.任意で少なくとも1つのUV吸収剤、
iv.任意で少なくとも1つの非粒子状有機IR吸収剤、及び
v.任意で抗酸化剤、
を含み、
前記b.の内部層(3)が
i.熱可塑性ポリマー
を含む
ことを特徴とする、前記製造方法。 - カバー層(2)及び内部層(3)を同時に、又は順次製造することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- a.カバー層(2)と、
b.内部層(3)と
を共押出しする、多層成形体(1)の製造方法において、
前記a.のカバー層が
i.熱可塑性ポリマー、
ii.少なくとも1つのナノスケールのIR吸収剤、
iii.任意で少なくとも1つのUV吸収剤、
iv.任意で少なくとも1つの非粒子状有機IR吸収剤、及び
v.任意で抗酸化剤、
を含み、
前記b.の内部層(3)が
i.熱可塑性ポリマー
を含む
ことを特徴とする、前記製造方法。 - 多層成形体(1)を積層させることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の多層成形体、又は請求項13から16までのいずれか1項に従って製造された多層成形体を、熱管理に用いる使用。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の多層成形体、又は請求項13から16までのいずれか1項に従って製造された多層成形体を、農業におけるシートとして用いる使用。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の多層成形体、又は請求項13から16までのいずれか1項に従って製造された多層成形体を、窓部材として用いる使用。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の多層成形体、又は請求項13から16までのいずれか1項に従って製造された多層成形体を、中空プレート、二重プレート、マルチプレート、又は中実プレートの部材として用いる使用。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の多層成形体、又は請求項13から16までのいずれか1項に従って製造された多層成形体を含む、物品。
