Способ производства напитка из пахты, включающий приемку, очистку пахты, нагрев до температуры 50-60°C, введение в нее, или сиропа шиповника в количестве 10,0%, или сиропа мятного в количестве 11,7% от массы пахты, или водного экстракта чабреца с соотношением компонентов вода: чабрец - 5:1, выдержанного на водяной бане в течение 10 мин при температуре 50-60°C с последующим охлаждением и фильтрованием, в количестве 7,5% от массы пахты, пастеризацию смеси при температуре 85-90°C в течение 7-10 мин, охлаждение до температуры 2-6°C, при этом массовая доля сухих веществ в готовом продукте с сиропом шиповника составляет 12,5%, с мятным сиропом - 10%, с экстрактом чабреца - 11%.
