Abstract

1. Композиция стекла, предназначенная для усиления органических и/или неорганических материалов, содержащая следующие компоненты в нижеуказанных интервалах, мас.%: ! SiO2 50-65% ! Al2O3 12-20% ! СаО 12-17% ! MgO 6-12% ! CaO/MgO ≤2, предпочтительно ≥1,3 ! Li2O 0,1-0,8%, предпочтительно ≤0,6% ! BaO+SrO 0-3% ! B2O3 0-3% ! TiO2 0-3% ! Na2O+K2O <2% ! F2 0-1% ! Fe2O3 <1% ! 2. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что содержание Al2O3+MgO+Li2O превышает или равно 23%. ! 3. Композиция по одному из пп. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что состав имеет содержание SiO2+Al2O3, превышающее 70%, предпочтительно превышающее 75%. ! 4. Композиция по одному из пп. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что массовое соотношение Al2O3/(Al2O3+СаО+MgO) изменяется от 0,40 до 0,44, предпочтительно меньше или равно 0,42. ! 5. Композиция по одному из пп. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что содержит следующие компоненты: ! SiO2 58-63% ! Al2O3 13-18% !СаО 12-17% ! MgO 7-9% ! CaO/MgO 1,5-1,9 ! Li2O 0,1-0,5% ! BaO+SrO 0-1% ! B2O3 0-2% ! TiO2 0-0,5% ! Na2O+K2O <0,8% ! F2 0-1% ! Fe2O3 <0,5% ! 6. Композиция по одному из пп. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что она свободна от B2O3 и F2. ! 7. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что имеет интервал формования (Т(log η=3)-Тликвидус), превышающий 50°С. ! 8. Усилительная стеклянная нить, полученная из композиции по одному из пп.1-7. ! 9. Соединение стеклянных нитей, в частности в виде ткани, отличающееся тем, что содержит стеклянные нити по п.8. ! 10. Композитный материал из стеклянных нитей и органического(их) и/или неорганического(их) материала(ов), отличающийся тем, что содержит стеклянные нити по п.8.

Claims (10)

1. Композиция стекла, предназначенная для усиления органических и/или неорганических материалов, содержащая следующие компоненты в нижеуказанных интервалах, мас.%:
SiO2 50-65%
Al2O3 12-20%
СаО 12-17%
MgO 6-12%
CaO/MgO ≤2, предпочтительно ≥1,3
Li2O 0,1-0,8%, предпочтительно ≤0,6%
BaO+SrO 0-3%
B2O3 0-3%
TiO2 0-3%
Na2O+K2O <2%
F2 0-1%
Fe2O3 <1%
2. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что содержание Al2O3+MgO+Li2O превышает или равно 23%.
3. Композиция по одному из пп. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что состав имеет содержание SiO2+Al2O3, превышающее 70%, предпочтительно превышающее 75%.
4. Композиция по одному из пп. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что массовое соотношение Al2O3/(Al2O3+СаО+MgO) изменяется от 0,40 до 0,44, предпочтительно меньше или равно 0,42.
5. Композиция по одному из пп. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что содержит следующие компоненты:
SiO2 58-63%
Al2O3 13-18%
СаО 12-17%
MgO 7-9%
CaO/MgO 1,5-1,9
Li2O 0,1-0,5%
BaO+SrO 0-1%
B2O3 0-2%
TiO2 0-0,5%
Na2O+K2O <0,8%

6. Композиция по одному из пп. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что она свободна от B2O3 и F2.
7. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что имеет интервал формования (Т(log η=3)-Тликвидус), превышающий 50°С.
8. Усилительная стеклянная нить, полученная из композиции по одному из пп.1-7.
9. Соединение стеклянных нитей, в частности в виде ткани, отличающееся тем, что содержит стеклянные нити по п.8.
10. Композитный материал из стеклянных нитей и органического(их) и/или неорганического(их) материала(ов), отличающийся тем, что содержит стеклянные нити по п.8.
