Abstract
铝虽然轻,但铝价格非常高,限制它的使用范围。重量比铝轻价格低代替铝板的铝玻复合板,用合金铝,耐高温玻璃网布组成。耐高温玻璃网布的耐高温度达一千度,铝熔浆的温度为八百度,所以铝熔浆不会破坏玻璃网布。1毫米厚的耐高温玻璃网布,每平方米约十元,合金铝板超过十七元/KG,每平方米约四十五元,价格低几倍,铝玻板复合使合金铝扩大使用范围。用合金铝制造汽车,能节约30%汽油。用多块含20-30%合金铝的铝玻复合板重叠,做成铝玻锭,再用铝玻锭做发动机。铝玻板重量比合金铝轻近半,因而能使运输成本比合金铝更低;铝玻板价格比合金铝大幅降低,这些,非常有利汽车制造业。

铝虽然轻,但铝价格非常高,限制它的使用范围。
本技术提出的重量比铝轻价格低代替铝板的铝玻复合板,简称铝玻复合板,能帮助克服上述存在的缺点。
铝玻复合板,其有益效果是,不生锈,价格低,扩大使用范围,重量轻而降低运输成本,用玻璃网布代替铝,而减少铝矿开取,保护环境。
重量比铝轻价格低代替铝板的铝玻复合板,其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,用合金铝(1),耐高温玻璃网布(2)组成;其工艺是:使一块或多块耐高温玻璃网布通过铝熔浆,除去多余的铝熔浆,得铝熔浆包裹玻璃网布板,冷却后获得铝玻复合板(3);从而使重量比铝轻价格低代替铝板的铝玻复合板得以运行。如图1。
现结合原理介绍钢玻复合板:
上述合金铝包括纯铝。
耐高温玻璃网布的耐高温度达一千度,铝熔浆的温度为八百度,所以铝熔浆不会破坏玻璃网布。
取用网布,是缩短铝熔浆包裹玻璃网布的时间。
铝玻板重量比铝轻:
铝比重2.7;玻璃布由玻璃纤维织成,其比重为2;
玻璃布是铝玻复合板的组成部分,不管玻璃布占比例是多少,铝玻复合板一定比铝板轻。
价格低几倍:
1毫米厚的耐高温玻璃网布,每平方米约一十元,合金铝板超过十七元/KG,每平方米约四十五元。
资料介绍,用合金铝制造汽车,能节约30%汽油;
用多块含20-30%合金铝的铝玻板重叠,做成铝玻锭,再用铝玻锭做发动机。

1.重量比铝轻价格低代替铝板的铝玻复合板,其特征是,用合金铝,耐高温玻璃网布组成;其工艺是:使一块或多块耐高温玻璃网布通过铝熔浆,除去多余的铝熔浆,得铝熔浆包裹玻璃网布板,冷却后获得铝玻复合板;从而使重量比铝轻价格低代替铝板的铝玻复合板得以运行。
