本技术提出的重量比铝轻价格低几倍代替铝板的铝瓷复合板,简称铝瓷复合板,能帮助克服上述存在的缺点。
铝瓷复合板,其有益效果是,不生锈,价格低,扩大使用范围,重量轻而降低运输成本,用陶瓷网布代替铝,而减少铝矿开取,保护环境。
重量比铝轻价格低几倍代替铝板的铝瓷复合板,其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,用合金铝(1),耐高温陶瓷网布(2)组成;其工艺是:使一块或多块耐高温陶瓷网布通过铝熔浆,除去多余的铝熔浆,得铝熔浆包裹陶瓷网布板,冷却后获得陶瓷复合板(3);从而使重量比铝轻价格低几倍代替铝板的铝瓷复合板得以运行。如图1
现结合原理介绍陶瓷复合板:
上述合金铝包括纯铝。
耐高温陶瓷网布的耐高温度,短时间达一千三百度,铝熔浆的温度为八百度,所以铝熔浆不会破坏陶瓷网布。
取用网布,是缩短铝熔浆包裹陶瓷网布的时间。
铝瓷复合板重量比铝轻:
铝比重2.7;陶瓷布由陶瓷纤维织成,其比重为2;
陶瓷布是铝瓷复合板的组成部分,不管陶瓷布占比例是多少,铝瓷复合板一定比铝板轻。
价格低几倍:
1毫米厚的耐高温陶瓷网布,每平方米约十元,合金铝板超过十七元/KG,每平方米约四十五元。
资料介绍,用合金铝制造汽车,能节约30%汽油;
用多块含20-30%合金铝的铝瓷板重叠,做成铝瓷复合板锭,再用铝瓷复合板锭做发动机。

1.重量比铝轻价格低几倍代替铝板的铝瓷复合板,其特征是,用合金铝,耐高温陶瓷网布组成;其工艺是:使一块或多块耐高温陶瓷网布通过铝熔浆,除去多余的铝熔浆,得铝熔浆包裹陶瓷网布板,冷却后获得铝瓷复合板;从而使重量比铝轻价格低几倍代替铝板的铝瓷复合板得以运行。
