比铝轻价低几倍代替铝板的铝瓷复合瓦楞板,其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,用合金铝(1),耐高温陶瓷网布(2)组成;其工艺是:使一块或多块耐高温陶瓷网布通过铝熔浆,除去多余的铝熔浆,得铝熔浆包裹陶瓷网布板,冷却后获得铝瓷复合板;铝瓷复合板可加热后放入正弦波模具,冷却后打开模具,获得铝瓷复合正弦波板;将铝瓷复合板,铝瓷复合正弦波板交错重叠,底面复盖铝瓷复合板后,送炉窑加热,使铝瓷复合板,铝瓷复合正弦波板接触处的铝粘结,冷却后获得铝瓷复合瓦楞板(3),从而使比铝轻价低几倍代替铝板的铝瓷复合瓦楞板得以运行。如图1

瓦楞板的抗弯曲性比直板强,及有弹性,扩大铝瓷复合板的使用范围。
耐高温陶瓷网布的耐高温度达一千度,铝熔浆的温度为八百度,所以铝熔浆不会破坏陶瓷网布。
取用网布,是缩短铝熔浆包裹陶瓷网布的时间。
铝瓷复合板重量比铝轻:
铝比重2.7;陶瓷布由陶瓷纤维织成,其比重为2;
陶瓷布是铝瓷复合板的组成部分,不管陶瓷布占比例是多少,铝瓷复合板一定比铝板轻。
铝瓷复合瓦楞板价格低几倍:
1毫米厚的耐高温陶瓷网布,每平方米约十元,合金铝板超过十七元/KG,每平方米约四十五元。

1.比铝轻价低几倍代替铝板的铝瓷复合瓦楞板,其特征是,用合金铝,耐高温陶瓷网布组成;其工艺是:使一块或多块耐高温陶瓷网布通过铝熔浆,除去多余的铝熔浆,得铝熔浆包裹陶瓷网布板,冷却后获得铝瓷复合板;铝瓷复合板可加热后放入正弦波模具,冷却后打开模具,获得铝瓷复合正弦波板;将铝瓷复合板,铝瓷复合正弦波板交错重叠,底面复盖铝瓷复合板后,送炉窑加热,使铝瓷复合板,铝瓷复合正弦波板接触处的铝粘结,冷却后获得铝瓷复合瓦楞板,从而使比铝轻价低几倍代替铝板的铝瓷复合瓦楞板得以运行。
