Abstract
1. Соединение, имеющее химическую структуру формулы I ! ! Формула I ! или его соль, пролекарство, таутомер или изомер, ! где Ar представляет собой необязательно замещенный гетероарил; ! R1 в каждом случае независимо выбирают из группы, включающей галоген, необязательно замещенный низший алкил, необязательно замещенный низший алкенил, необязательно замещенный низший алкинил, необязательно замещенный циклоалкил, необязательно замещенный гетероциклоалкил, необязательно замещенный арил, необязательно замещенный гетероарил, -NO2, -CN, -O-R5, -N(R5)-R6, -C(X)-N(R5)-R6, -C(X)-R7, -S(O)2-N(R5)-R6, -S(O)n-R7, -O-C(X)-R7, -C(X)-O-R5, -C(NH)-N(R8)-R9, -N(R5)-C(X)-R7, -N(R5)-S(O)2-R7, -N(R5)-C(X)-N(R5)-R6 и -N(R5)-S(O)2-N(R5)-R6; ! m представляет собой 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 или 5; ! n представляет собой 0, 1 или 2; ! Claims (10)
1. Соединение, имеющее химическую структуру формулы I
Формула I
или его соль, пролекарство, таутомер или изомер,
где Ar представляет собой необязательно замещенный гетероарил;
R1 в каждом случае независимо выбирают из группы, включающей галоген, необязательно замещенный низший алкил, необязательно замещенный низший алкенил, необязательно замещенный низший алкинил, необязательно замещенный циклоалкил, необязательно замещенный гетероциклоалкил, необязательно замещенный арил, необязательно замещенный гетероарил, -NO2, -CN, -O-R5, -N(R5)-R6, -C(X)-N(R5)-R6, -C(X)-R7, -S(O)2-N(R5)-R6, -S(O)n-R7, -O-C(X)-R7, -C(X)-O-R5, -C(NH)-N(R8)-R9, -N(R5)-C(X)-R7, -N(R5)-S(O)2-R7, -N(R5)-C(X)-N(R5)-R6 и -N(R5)-S(O)2-N(R5)-R6;
m представляет собой 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 или 5;
n представляет собой 0, 1 или 2;
R2 представляет собой водород, низший алкил или галоген;
L2 выбирают из группы, включающей -S(O)2-, -C(X)-, -C(X)-N(R10)- и -S(O)2-N(R10)-;

L1 выбирают из группы, включающей связь, -N(R11)-, -O-, -S-, -C(X)-, -C(R12R13)-X-, -X-C(R12R13)-, -C(R12R13)-N(R11)-, -N(R11)-C(R12R13)-, -O-C(X)-, -C(X)-O-, -C(X)-N(R11)-, -N(R11)-C(X)-, -S(O)-, -S(O)2-, -S(O)2-N(R11)-, -N(R11)-S(O)2-, -C(NH)-N(R11)-, -N(R11)-C(NH)-, -N(R11)-C(X)-N(R11)- и -N(R11)-S(O)2-N(R11)-;
X представляет собой O или S;
каждый из R4, R10 и R11 представляет собой независимо водород или низший алкил, где низший алкил необязательно замещен одним или несколькими заместителями, выбранными из группы, включающей фтор, -OH, -NH2, низший алкокси, фторзамещенный низший алкокси, низший алкилтио, фторзамещенный низший алкилтио, моноалкиламино, фторзамещенный моноалкиламино, диалкиламино, фторзамещенный диалкиламино и -NR14R15;
R5, R6, R8 и R9 в каждом случае независимо выбирают из группы, включающей водород, необязательно замещенный низший алкил, необязательно замещенный C3-6 алкенил, необязательно замещенный C3-6 алкинил, необязательно замещенный циклоалкил, необязательно замещенный гетероциклоалкил, необязательно замещенный арил и необязательно замещенный гетероарил, или
R8 и R9 совместно с атомом азота, к которому они присоединены, образуют 5-7-членный необязательно замещенный азотсодержащий гетероциклоалкил или 5- или 7-членный необязательно замещенный азотсодержащий гетероарил;
R7 в каждом случае независимо выбирают из группы, включающей необязательно замещенный низший алкил, необязательно замещенный C3-6 алкенил, необязательно замещенный C3-6 алкинил, необязательно замещенный циклоалкил, необязательно замещенный гетероциклоалкил, необязательно замещенный арил и необязательно замещенный гетероарил;
R12 и R13 независимо выбирают из группы, включающей водород, фтор, -OH, -NH2, низший алкил, низший алкокси, низший алкилтио, моноалкиламино, диалкиламино и -NR14R15, где алкильная цепь (цепи) низшего алкила, низшего алкокси, низшего алкилтио, моноалкиламино или диалкиламино необязательно замещена одним или несколькими заместителями, выбранными из группы, включающей фтор, -OH, -NH2, низший алкокси, фторзамещенный низший алкокси, низший алкилтио, фторзамещенный низший алкилтио, моноалкиламино, диалкиламино и циклоалкиламино; или
R12 и R13 совместно с атомом углерода, к которому они присоединены, образуют 3-7-членный моноциклический циклоалкил или 5-7-членный моноциклический гетероциклоалкил, где моноциклический циклоалкил или моноциклический гетероциклоалкил необязательно замещен одним или несколькими заместителями, выбранными из группы, включающей галоген, -OH, -NH2, низший алкил, фторзамещенный низший алкил, низший алкокси, фторзамещенный низший алкокси, низший алкилтио, фторзамещенный низший алкилтио, моноалкиламино, диалкиламино и циклоалкиламино; и
R14 и R15 совместно с атомом азота, к которому они присоединены, в каждом случае независимо образуют 5-7-членный гетероциклоалкил или замещенный 5-7-членный гетероциклоалкил, замещенный одним или несколькими заместителями, выбранными из группы, включающей фтор, -OH, -NH2, низший алкил, фторзамещенный низший алкил, низший алкокси, фторзамещенный низший алкокси, низший алкилтио и фторзамещенный низший алкилтио,
однако при условии, что когда L1 представляет собой связь, -NR11-, -O-, -S-, -C(X)-, -S(O)- или -S(O)2-, Ar не представляет собой 1H-пирроло[2,3-b]пиридин-3-ил, 1H-пиразоло[3,4-b]пиридин-3-ил, 5H-пирроло[2,3-b]пиразин-7-ил, 7H-пирроло[2,3-d]пиримидин-5-ил или 7H-пирроло[2,3-c]пиридазин-5-ил, т.е. не представляет собой , или , где указывает на место присоединения к L1.
2. Соединение по п.1, где L1 представляет собой связь, -N(R11)-, -N(R11)-C(X)-, -N(R11)-S(O)2-, -N(R11)-C(NH)-, -N(R11)-C(X)-N(R11)- или -N(R11)-S(O)2-N(R11)-, а R2 представляет собой водород, фтор или хлор.
3. Соединение по п.2, где L1 представляет собой -N(R11)-, -N(R11)-C(X)- или -N(R11)-S(O)2-.
4. Соединение по п.3, где L1 представляет собой -N(R11)-C(O)-.
5. Соединение по п.1, где L1 представляет собой -C(X)-N(R11)-, -C(R12R13)-X-, -X-C(R12R13)-, -C(R12R13)-N(R11)- или -N(R11)-C(R12R13)-, а R2 представляет собой водород, фтор или хлор.
6. Соединение по любому из пп.1-5, где выбирают из группы, включающей и , где указывает на место присоединения указанного кольца Ar к L1;
p представляет собой 0, 1, 2 или 3;

7. Соединение по п.6, где L2 представляет собой -S(O)2-.
8. Композиция, содержащая фармацевтически приемлемый носитель и соединение по любому из пп.1-7.
9. Набор, содержащий соединение по любому из пп.1-7 или композицию по п.8.
10. Способ лечения субъекта, страдающего заболеванием или состоянием, опосредуемым Raf, или подверженного риску развития указанного заболевания или состояния, включающий введение указанному субъекту эффективного количества соединения по любому из пп.1-7 или композиции по п.9.
