Abstract

1. Составная двухслойная преформа для производства составных упаковок «bag-in-container» методом выдувного формования, состоящая из: ! внутреннего слоя и внешнего слоя, при этом упомянутая преформа образует двухслойный контейнер путем выдувного формования, в которой полученный таким образом внутренний слой упомянутого контейнера отделяется от полученного таким же образом внешнего слоя путем подачи газа в место сопряжения упомянутых двух слоев; при этом ! температура плавления внутреннего слоя выше или равна температуре плавления внешнего слоя. ! 2. Составная двухслойная преформа по п.1, в которой, по меньшей мере, один из внутренних или внешних слоев содержит полукристаллизованный материал. ! 3. Составная двухслойная преформа по п.1, внутренний и внешний слои которой состоят из разных материалов. ! 4. Составная двухслойная преформа по п.1, внутренний и внешний слои которой состоят из одинаковых материалов. ! 5. Составная двухслойная преформа по п.1, внутренний и внешний слои которой состоят из материала, выбранного из PET, PEN, PTT, PA, PP, PE, HDPE, EVOH, PGAc, PLA и сополимеров или их смесей. ! 6. Составная двухслойная преформа по п.1, в которой, по меньшей мере, в одной из точек сопряжения имеется клинообразный вентиляционный канал, широкая сторона которого находится на уровне входа, сужающийся по мере углубления в сосуд до тех пор, пока внутренний и внешний слои не сойдутся, образуя сопряжение. ! 7. Составная двухслойная преформа по п.6, в которой у края горловины расположены более одного вентиляционного канала. ! 8. Claims (18)

1. Составная двухслойная преформа для производства составных упаковок «bag-in-container» методом выдувного формования, состоящая из:
внутреннего слоя и внешнего слоя, при этом упомянутая преформа образует двухслойный контейнер путем выдувного формования, в которой полученный таким образом внутренний слой упомянутого контейнера отделяется от полученного таким же образом внешнего слоя путем подачи газа в место сопряжения упомянутых двух слоев; при этом
температура плавления внутреннего слоя выше или равна температуре плавления внешнего слоя.
2. Составная двухслойная преформа по п.1, в которой, по меньшей мере, один из внутренних или внешних слоев содержит полукристаллизованный материал.
3. Составная двухслойная преформа по п.1, внутренний и внешний слои которой состоят из разных материалов.
4. Составная двухслойная преформа по п.1, внутренний и внешний слои которой состоят из одинаковых материалов.
5. Составная двухслойная преформа по п.1, внутренний и внешний слои которой состоят из материала, выбранного из PET, PEN, PTT, PA, PP, PE, HDPE, EVOH, PGAc, PLA и сополимеров или их смесей.
6. Составная двухслойная преформа по п.1, в которой, по меньшей мере, в одной из точек сопряжения имеется клинообразный вентиляционный канал, широкая сторона которого находится на уровне входа, сужающийся по мере углубления в сосуд до тех пор, пока внутренний и внешний слои не сойдутся, образуя сопряжение.
7. Составная двухслойная преформа по п.6, в которой у края горловины расположены более одного вентиляционного канала.
8. Составная двухслойная преформа по п.1, в которой внутренний и внешний слои преформы сопряжены практически по всей внутренней поверхности внешнего слоя.
9. Составная двухслойная преформа по п.1, в которой внутренний и внешний слои скреплены при помощи средств механической фиксации, расположенных в области горлышка преформы.
10. Способ изготовления преформы, имеющей
внутренний слой и внешний слой, в котором упомянутая преформа образует двухслойный контейнер путем выдувного формования и в котором таким образом полученный внутренний слой упомянутого контейнера отделяется от таким же образом полученного внешнего слоя после подачи газа в место сопряжения упомянутых двух слоев, при этом
температура плавления внутреннего слоя выше либо равна температуре плавления внешнего слоя,
включающий следующие последовательные этапы:
литье под давлением внутреннего слоя на литейном стержне;
литье под давлением внешнего слоя поверх внутреннего слоя; и
снятие полученной таким образом преформы с литейного стержня.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором упомянутый литейный стержень использован для формирования вентиляционных каналов для сообщения с атмосферой места сопряжения между внутренним и внешними слоями.
12. Инструмент типа оболочкового литейного стержня, предназначенный для изготовления преформы, имеющей
внутренний и внешний слои, которая образует двухслойный контейнер путем выдувного формования, при этом полученный таким образом внутренний слой упомянутого контейнера отделяется от таким же образом полученного внешнего слоя путем подачи газа в место сопряжения упомянутых двух слоев, при этом
температура плавления внутреннего слоя выше либо равна температуре плавления внешнего слоя,
включающий литейный стержень, снабженный, по меньшей мере, одним штифтом в его основании, предназначенный для формирования вентиляционного канала в месте сопряжения между первым и вторым слоями упомянутой преформы.
13. Инструмент по п.12, имеющий более одного штифта, расположенных по периметру вокруг основания оформляющей полости.
14. Инструмент по п.12, в котором штифты имеют клинообразную форму.
15. Устройство для изготовления преформы, имеющей
внутренний и внешний слои, которая образует двухслойный контейнер в результате выдувного формования, при этом полученный таким образом внутренний слой упомянутого контейнера отделяется от таким же образом полученного внешнего слоя путем подачи газа в место сопряжения упомянутых двух слоев, при этом
температура плавления внутреннего слоя выше или равна температуре плавления внешнего слоя,
включающее:
- опорные средства не менее чем с двумя одинаковыми литейными стержнями (охватываемыми), преимущественно описанного выше типа;
- по меньшей мере, первую и вторую изложницы (охватывающие), каждая из которых соединена с экструдером таким образом, что первая изложница имеет размеры для получения, совместно с литейным стержнем, внутреннего слоя, а вторая изложница - для получения внешнего слоя поверх внутреннего слоя;
- по желанию, по меньшей мере, одну экстракционную установку, и
- приспособления для перемещения опорных средств таким образом, чтобы каждый литейный стержень мог последовательно располагаться напротив первой изложницы, второй изложницы и, по желанию, экстракционной установки.
16. Устройство по п.15, в котором указанные приспособления для перемещения сообщают опорным средствам линейное движение.
17. Устройство по п.15, в котором указанные приспособления для перемещения сообщают опорным средствам вращательное движение.
18. Составная упаковка «bag-in-container», изготовленная способом выдувного формования преформы, содержащей:
внутренний и внешний слои, которая образует двухслойный контейнер путем выдувного формования, при этом полученный таким образом внутренний слой упомянутого контейнера отделяется от таким же образом полученного внешнего слоя путем подачи газа в место сопряжения упомянутых двух слоев, при этом
температура плавления внутреннего слоя выше либо равна температуре плавления внешнего слоя.
