本发明的目的是提供一种可完全脱模的绝缘骨架模具,包括有合在一起的左侧的动模和右侧的定模,所述动模和定模中间设置有两个成型模腔,成型模腔左内侧为内成型块,成型模腔右外侧为外成型块;所述定模中间设置有注射流道,注射流道左端连接在成型模腔右侧;所述内成型块内位于成型模腔左侧中间与注射流道平齐处设置有吸料道,吸料道伸出动模底部连接有接气头;所述成型模腔上方连接有吸气管对成型模腔内进行吸气。通过在成型模腔左侧与注射流道平齐处设置吸料道对成型的产品中间进行吸取,避免料卡在注射流道内,吸取的同时吸气管对成型模腔进行吸气,使得脱模效果更佳,适用于生产中。

可完全脱模的绝缘骨架模具
技术领域
本发明涉及绝缘骨架的注塑生产领域,尤其涉及一种可完全脱模的绝缘骨架模具。
背景技术
注塑机又名注射成型机或注射机。它是将热塑性塑料或热固性塑料利用塑料成型模具制成各种形状的塑料制品的主要成型设备。注塑机中最主要的就是注塑模具。我公司主要生产绝缘骨架,绝缘骨架主要采用注塑机进行注塑。绝缘骨架在注塑中在注塑完成后开模时容易卡在定模上从而无法下料,因此需要将绝缘骨架在开模后在动模的模腔内从而方便顶料。因此解决上述问题就显得十分必要了。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种可完全脱模的绝缘骨架模具,通过在成型模腔左侧与注射流道平齐处设置吸料道对成型的产品中间进行吸取,避免料卡在注射流道内,吸取的同时吸气管对成型模腔进行吸气,使得脱模效果更佳,解决了背景技术中出现的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种可完全脱模的绝缘骨架模具,包括有合在一起的左侧的动模和右侧的定模,所述动模和定模中间设置有成型模腔,成型模腔左内侧为内成型块,成型模腔右外侧为外成型块;所述定模中间设置有注射流道,注射流道左端连接在成型模腔右侧;所述内成型块内位于成型模腔左侧中间与注射流道平齐处设置有吸料道,吸料道伸出动模底部连接有接气头;所述成型模腔上方连接有吸气管对成型模腔内进行吸气。
进一步改进在于:所述成型模腔下方连接有吹气管对成型模腔内吹气降温。
进一步改进在于:所述注射流道外包有保温层。
进一步改进在于:所述成型模腔左侧两端设置有顶出杆,顶出杆左侧连接有推动板。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过在成型模腔左侧与注射流道平齐处设置吸料道对成型的产品中间进行吸取,避免料卡在注射流道内,吸取的同时吸气管对成型模腔进行吸气,使得脱模效果更佳,适用于生产中。

如图1所示,本实施例提供一种可完全脱模的绝缘骨架模具,包括有合在一起的左侧的动模1和右侧的定模2,所述动模1和定模2中间设置有成型模腔3,成型模腔3左内侧为内成型块4,成型模腔3右外侧为外成型块5;所述定模2中间设置有注射流道6,注射流道6左端连接在成型模腔3右侧;所述内成型块4内位于成型模腔3左侧中间与注射流道6平齐处设置有吸料道7,吸料道7伸出动模1底部连接有接气头8;所述成型模腔3上方连接有吸气管9对成型模腔3内进行吸气。所述成型模腔3下方连接有吹气管10对成型模腔3内吹气降温。所述注射流道6外包有保温层11。所述成型模腔3左侧两端设置有顶出杆12,顶出杆12左侧连接有推动板13。
通过在成型模腔3左侧与注射流道6平齐处设置吸料道7对成型的产品中间进行吸取,避免料卡在注射流道6内,吸取的同时吸气管9对成型模腔3进行吸气,使得脱模效果更佳,适用于生产中。

1.一种可完全脱模的绝缘骨架模具,包括有合在一起的左侧的动模(1)和右侧的定模(2),所述动模(1)和定模(2)中间设置有成型模腔(3),成型模腔(3)左内侧为内成型块(4),成型模腔(3)右外侧为外成型块(5);所述定模(2)中间设置有注射流道(6),注射流道(6)左端连接在成型模腔(3)右侧;所述成型模腔(3)上方连接有吸气管(9)对成型模腔(3)内进行吸气,其特征在于:所述内成型块(4)内位于成型模腔(3)左侧中间与注射流道(6)平齐处设置有吸料道(7),吸料道(7)伸出动模(1)底部连接有接气头(8)。
2.如权利要求1所述可完全脱模的绝缘骨架模具,其特征在于:所述成型模腔(3)下方连接有吹气管(10)对成型模腔(3)内吹气降温。
3.如权利要求1所述可完全脱模的绝缘骨架模具,其特征在于:所述注射流道(6)外包有保温层(11)。
4.如权利要求1所述可完全脱模的绝缘骨架模具,其特征在于:所述成型模腔(3)左侧两端设置有顶出杆(12),顶出杆(12)左侧连接有推动板(13)。
