Abstract
1. Жидкая композиция, содержащая ! (a) от 70 до 99,99 мас.%, в расчете на общее количество гидравлической жидкой композиции, композиции легко биоразлагаемого базового масла, содержащей ! (i) от 80 до 100 мас.% базового масла или основы, имеющей содержание парафинов более 80 мас.% парафинов, и содержание насыщенных углеводородов более 98 мас.% ! и содержащего серии изо-парафинов, имеющих n, n+1, n+2, n+3 и n+4 атомов углерода, где n равно между 15 и 35, и имеющего кинематическую вязкость при 100°С менее 3,5 мм2/с; и ! (ii) от 0 до 20 мас.% сложного эфира полигидроксисоединения, в расчете на композицию базового масла; и ! (b) присадку, улучшающую индекс вязкости, в количестве от 0,01 до 30 мас.%, в расчете на общее количество гидравлической жидкой композиции, где гидравлическая жидкая композиция имеет индекс вязкости в интервале от 50 до 1000 и температуру застывания ниже или равную -30°С. ! 2. Жидкая композиция по п.1, индекс вязкости которой находится в интервале от 100 до 600. ! 3. Жидкая композиция по п.1 или 2, имеющая температуру вспышки, по меньшей мере, 80°С. ! 4. Жидкая композиция по п.1 или 2, имеющая кинематическую вязкость при 40°С, по меньшей мере, 7 мм2/с. ! 5. Жидкая композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой присутствует присадка, улучшающая вязкость, в количестве от 5 до 15 мас.%. ! 6. Жидкая композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой присадка, улучшающая вязкость, содержит полиметилметакрилатный полимер. ! 7. Жидкая композиция по п.1 или 2, дополнительно содержащая насыщенные циклические углеводороды в количестве от 5 до 10 мас.%. ! 8. Жидкая композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой сложноэфирный компонент является пентаэритритным сложным эфиром пентаэритрита с от 1 до 4 разветвленными или линейными жирны�
Claims (12)
1. Жидкая композиция, содержащая
(a) от 70 до 99,99 мас.%, в расчете на общее количество гидравлической жидкой композиции, композиции легко биоразлагаемого базового масла, содержащей
(i) от 80 до 100 мас.% базового масла или основы, имеющей содержание парафинов более 80 мас.% парафинов, и содержание насыщенных углеводородов более 98 мас.%
и содержащего серии изо-парафинов, имеющих n, n+1, n+2, n+3 и n+4 атомов углерода, где n равно между 15 и 35, и имеющего кинематическую вязкость при 100°С менее 3,5 мм2/с; и
(ii) от 0 до 20 мас.% сложного эфира полигидроксисоединения, в расчете на композицию базового масла; и
(b) присадку, улучшающую индекс вязкости, в количестве от 0,01 до 30 мас.%, в расчете на общее количество гидравлической жидкой композиции, где гидравлическая жидкая композиция имеет индекс вязкости в интервале от 50 до 1000 и температуру застывания ниже или равную -30°С.
2. Жидкая композиция по п.1, индекс вязкости которой находится в интервале от 100 до 600.
3. Жидкая композиция по п.1 или 2, имеющая температуру вспышки, по меньшей мере, 80°С.
4. Жидкая композиция по п.1 или 2, имеющая кинематическую вязкость при 40°С, по меньшей мере, 7 мм2/с.
5. Жидкая композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой присутствует присадка, улучшающая вязкость, в количестве от 5 до 15 мас.%.
6. Жидкая композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой присадка, улучшающая вязкость, содержит полиметилметакрилатный полимер.
7. Жидкая композиция по п.1 или 2, дополнительно содержащая насыщенные циклические углеводороды в количестве от 5 до 10 мас.%.
8. Жидкая композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой сложноэфирный компонент является пентаэритритным сложным эфиром пентаэритрита с от 1 до 4 разветвленными или линейными жирными кислотами, содержащими до 10 атомов углерода.
9. Амортизатор, содержащий жидкость по любому из пп.1-8.
10. Гидравлическая система, содержащая жидкость по любому из пп.1-8.
11. Транспортное средство, содержащее амортизатор и/или гидравлическую систему по п.9 или 10.
12. Применение гидравлической жидкости по пп.1-9 в качестве биоразлагаемой жидкости для амортизаторов или гидравлических систем.
