Description
Claims (25)
- 少なくとも一部のグリセリドが、質量分率が30%以上の飽和脂肪酸を含有する植物性脂肪から得られ、かつ20℃の温度で固体である、質量分率が50%以上の天然由来のグリセリドと、
アルキルに1~4個のC原子を有する一部の脂肪酸アルキルエステルと
を少なくとも含み、
前記グリセリドは、少なくとも一部がモノグリセリド及び/又はジグリセリドであって混合物中に10%以上の質量分率を占め、
10℃超から15℃以上までの温度範囲において、一部の前記グリセリド及び/又は前記脂肪酸アルキルエステルからなる固形分が1体積%以上の液相を有する潤滑混合物。 - 前記混合物は、10℃超から20℃以上までの温度範囲において、固形分が1体積%以上の液相を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の潤滑混合物。
- 前記混合物は、10℃超から15℃以上までの温度範囲において、固形分が50体積%以上の液相を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の潤滑混合物。
- 10℃超から15℃以上までの温度範囲において、前記液相は、前記混合物の40体積%以上の成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の潤滑混合物。
- 10℃超から15℃以上までの温度範囲において、前記液相は、前記混合物の80体積%以上の成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の潤滑混合物。
- 前記混合物は、10℃超から20℃以上までの温度範囲において、固形分が50体積%以上の液相を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の潤滑混合物。
- 10℃超から20℃以上までの温度範囲において、前記液相は、前記混合物の40体積%以上の成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の潤滑混合物。
- 10℃超から20℃以上までの温度範囲において、前記液相は、前記混合物の80体積%以上の成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の潤滑混合物。
- 前記固形分は、4μm~5mmの範囲にわたる固体粒子からなることを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の潤滑混合物。
- 前記混合物は、質量分率が30%超のトリグリセリドを含有することを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の潤滑混合物。
- 前記トリグリセリドの質量分率は40%より大きいことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の潤滑混合物。
- 前記トリグリセリドの質量分率は50%より大きいことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の潤滑混合物。
- 前記混合物は、質量分率が10%超のジグリセリドと質量分率が5%超のモノグリセリドを含有することを特徴とする請求項1~12のいずれかに記載の潤滑混合物。
- 前記ジグリセリドの質量分率は15%より大きいことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の潤滑混合物。
- 前記混合物は、質量分率が10%より大きい脂肪酸アルキルエステルを含有することを特徴とする請求項1~14のいずれかに記載の潤滑混合物。
- 前記混合物は、質量分率が15%より大きい脂肪酸アルキルエステルを含有することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の潤滑混合物。
- 前記混合物は、質量分率が0.1~4%の間にある結合されていない一価アルコール又は多価アルコールを含有することを特徴とする請求項1~16のいずれかに記載の潤滑混合物。
- グリセリド及び/又は脂肪酸アルキルエステルの固形分に加えて、前記混合物は、90℃以上の温度で依然として固体である他の有機及び/又は無機物質の固体粒子をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1~17のいずれかに記載の潤滑混合物。
- 前記他の有機及び/又は無機物質の固体粒子は、0.1~3%の質量分率で前記混合物中に含まれていることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の潤滑混合物。
- 前記他の有機及び/又は無機物質の固体粒子は0.1~1.5μmの範囲にわたることを特徴とする請求項18又は19に記載の潤滑混合物。
- 前記固形分中の前記グリセリドは、前記液相中のグリセリドよりも、1.5倍以上大きい割合のモノグリセリドを有することを特徴とする請求項1~20のいずれかに記載の潤滑混合物。
- 少なくとも一部の前記グリセリドは、パーム油及び/又はヤシ油から得られることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の潤滑混合物。
- 少なくとも一部の前記グリセリドは、20℃の温度で固体である植物油から得られることを特徴とする請求項21又は22に記載の潤滑混合物。
- 請求項1ないし請求項23のうちの一項又は複数項に記載の潤滑混合物の潤滑剤としての用途。
- 伝動装置又はモーターの潤滑剤として用いられる請求項24に記載の用途。
