Abstract

1. Способ заполнения многослойной бутылки материалом для хранения в ней, причем указанная многослойная бутылка включает крайний внутренний и крайний внешний слои и по меньшей мере один барьерный слой, помещенный между крайним внутренним и крайним внешним слоями, в котором крайний внешний и крайний внутренний слои изготавливают главным образом из термопластичного полиэфирного полимера, полученного при полимеризации компонента дикарбоновой кислоты, содержащего 80 мол.% или более терефталевой кислоты, с диоловым компонентом, содержащим 80 мол.% или более этиленгликоля; и барьерный слой удовлетворяет следующим условиям (1) и (2): ! 50°С ≤ Тg ≤ 100°С (1) ! Wb ≤ 1 мас.% (2), ! где Tg представляет собой температуру стеклования барьерного слоя и Wb представляет собой содержание воды в барьерном слое, при измерении способом по Carl-Fisher при 23°С в течение 30 мин. ! 2. Claims (16)

1. Способ заполнения многослойной бутылки материалом для хранения в ней, причем указанная многослойная бутылка включает крайний внутренний и крайний внешний слои и по меньшей мере один барьерный слой, помещенный между крайним внутренним и крайним внешним слоями, в котором крайний внешний и крайний внутренний слои изготавливают главным образом из термопластичного полиэфирного полимера, полученного при полимеризации компонента дикарбоновой кислоты, содержащего 80 мол.% или более терефталевой кислоты, с диоловым компонентом, содержащим 80 мол.% или более этиленгликоля; и барьерный слой удовлетворяет следующим условиям (1) и (2):
50°С ≤ Тg ≤ 100°С (1)
Wb ≤ 1 мас.% (2),
где Tg представляет собой температуру стеклования барьерного слоя и Wb представляет собой содержание воды в барьерном слое, при измерении способом по Carl-Fisher при 23°С в течение 30 мин.

8. Способ по п.7, в котором многослойную заготовку хранят в присутствии осушающего агента.
9. Способ по п.3, в котором многослойную бутылку заполняют материалом для хранения в ней не позднее 7 дней после получения многослойной бутылки формованием с раздувом.
10. Способ по п.3, в котором многослойную бутылку, изготовленную формованием с раздувом, заполняют материалом для хранения в ней поточным способом.
11. Способ по п.1, в котором многослойную бутылку заполняют материалом для хранения в ней способом горячего заполнения.
12. Способ по п.1, в котором многослойную бутылку заполняют материалом для хранения в ней асептическим (стерильным) способом заполнения.
13. Способ по п.1, в котором материалом для хранения в многослойной бутылке является пиво или газированный напиток.
14. Способ по п.1, в котором барьерный слой изготавливают главным образом из полиамида, полученного поликонденсацией диаминного компонента, содержащего 70 мол.% или более м-ксилилендиамина, с компонентом дикарбоновой кислотой, содержащей 50 мол.% или более α,ω-линейной алифатической дикарбоновой кислоты, имеющей 4 до 20 атомов углерода.
15. Способ по п.1, в котором многослойную бутылку изготавливают путем формования с раздувом с двухосной вытяжкой многослойной заготовки способом, удовлетворяющим следующим условиям (I) до (IV):
(I) нагревание поверхности многослойной заготовки до температуры, равной от 90 до 110°С;
(II) продувка воздуха под высоким давлением в нагретую многослойную заготовку во время вытягивания многослойной заготовки в ее продольном направлении в форме и варьирование давления воздуха под высоким давлением, вдуваемого в нее, на многократных стадиях;
(III) регулирование давления воздуха под высоким давлением на первой стадии многостадийного раздува (первичное давление раздува) до значения, равного от 0,5 до 2,0 МПа; и
(IV) регулирование давления воздуха под высоким давлением на конечной стадии многостадийного раздува (вторичное давление раздува) до значения, равного от 2 до 4 МПа.
16. Многослойная бутылка, полученная способом по п.1.
