Abstract
1. Выделенный полинуклеотид, содержащий нуклеотидную последовательность, имеющую по меньшей мере 88% идентичность с SEQ ID NO:1, и по меньшей мере одну делецию по меньшей мере 39 последовательно расположенных нуклеотидов, соответствующих нуклеотидам от нуклеотида 2062 до нуклеотида 3864 SEQ ID NO:1, и где полинуклеотид реплицируется и продуцирует инфекционные вирусные частицы при введении в клетку. ! 3. Claims (21)
1. Выделенный инфекционный полинуклеотид, содержащий нуклеотидную последовательность, имеющую по меньшей мере 88% идентичность с SEQ ID NO:1 и делецию по меньшей мере 39 последовательно расположенных нуклеотидов, соответствующих нуклеотидам от нуклеотида 2062 до нуклеотида 3864 SEQ ID NO:1.
2. Выделенный полинуклеотид, содержащий нуклеотидную последовательность, имеющую по меньшей мере 88% идентичность с SEQ ID NO:1, и по меньшей мере одну делецию по меньшей мере 39 последовательно расположенных нуклеотидов, соответствующих нуклеотидам от нуклеотида 2062 до нуклеотида 3864 SEQ ID NO:1, и где полинуклеотид реплицируется и продуцирует инфекционные вирусные частицы при введении в клетку.
3. Инфекционный клон, содержащий полинуклеотид, обладающий нуклеотидной последовательностью, имеющей по меньшей мере 88% идентичность с SEQ ID NO:1 и по меньшей мере одну делецию по меньшей мере 39 последовательно расположенных нуклеотидов, соответствующих нуклеотидам от нуклеотида 2062 до нуклеотида 3864 SEQ ID NO:1.
4. Выделенный инфекционный полинуклеотид, содержащий нуклеотидную последовательность, имеющую по меньшей мере 88% идентичность с SEQ ID NO:14 и делецию по меньшей мере 39 последовательно расположенных нуклеотидов, соответствующих нуклеотидам от нуклеотида 2061 до нуклеотида 3545 SEQ ID NO:14.
5. Выделенный полинуклеотид, содержащий нуклеотидную последовательность, имеющую по меньшей мере 88% идентичность с SEQ ID NO:14, и по меньшей мере одну делецию по меньшей мере 39 последовательно расположенных нуклеотидов, соответствующих нуклеотидам от нуклеотида 2061 до нуклеотида 3545 SEQ ID NO:14, и где полинуклеотид реплицируется и продуцирует инфекционные вирусные частицы при введении в клетку.
6. Инфекционный клон, содержащий полинуклеотид, обладающий нуклеотидной последовательностью, имеющей по меньшей мере 88% идентичность с SEQ ID NO:14 и по меньшей мере одну делецию по меньшей мере 39 последовательно расположенных нуклеотидов, соответствующих нуклеотидам от нуклеотида 2061 до нуклеотида 3545 SEQ ID NO:14.
7. Выделенный полинуклеотид по п.1, 2, 4 или 5, где полинуклеотид находится в векторе.
8. Выделенный полинуклеотид по п.1, 2, 4 или 5, где полинуклеотид содержит 2 или более делеций, и где каждая делеция независимо представляет собой по меньшей мере 37 последовательно расположенных нуклеотидов.
9. Инфекционный клон по п.3 или 6, где полинуклеотид содержит 2 или более делеций, и где каждая делеция независимо представляет собой по меньшей мере 37 последовательно расположенных нуклеотидов.
10. Выделенный полинуклеотид по п.1, 2, 4 или 5, где полинуклеотид находится в выделенной вирусной частице.
11. Выделенный полинуклеотид по п.1, 2, 4 или 5, где полинуклеотид представляет собой полинуклеотид РНК.
12. Выделенный полинуклеотид по п.1, 2, 4 или 5, где полинуклеотид находится в клетке.
13. Инфекционный клон по п.3 или 6, где полинуклеотид находится в клетке.
14. Выделенный полинуклеотид по п.1, 2, 4 или 5, где с полинуклеотидом функционально связан промотор РНК-полимеразы.
15. Инфекционный клон по п.3 или 6, где с полинуклеотидом функционально связан промотор РНК-полимеразы.
16. Выделенный полинуклеотид по п.1, 2, 4 или 5, где полинуклеотид дополнительно содержит экзогенный полинуклеотид, находящийся в области делеции.
17. Выделенный полинуклеотид по п.16, где экзогенный полинуклеотид кодирует детектируемый маркер.
18. Инфекционный клон по п.3 или 6, где полинуклеотид дополнительно содержит экзогенный полинуклеотид, находящийся в области делеции.
19. Инфекционный клон по п.18, где экзогенный полинуклеотид кодирует детектируемый маркер.
20. Выделенный инфекционный полинуклеотид, содержащий нуклеотидную последовательность SEQ ID NO:1, SEQ ID NO:2, SEQ ID NO:3, SEQ ID NO:4, SEQ ID NO:5, SEQ ID NO:6, SEQ ID NO:7, SEQ ID NO:8, SEQ ID NO:9, SEQ ID NO:10, SEQ ID NO:11, SEQ ID NO:12 или SEQ ID NO:13.
