Claims (3)
1. Средство для обработки поверхности металла, способствующее развитию адгезии между резиной и металлом, содержащее, по меньшей мере, один силановый аппрет, имеющий в молекуле, по меньшей мере, одну функциональную группу, захватывающую металл, и выбираемый из числа следующих далее силановых аппретов (а) и (b):
(a) силановые аппреты, имеющие азольную группу и полученные в результате проведения реакции между азольным соединением и эпоксисилановым соединением, и
(b) силановые аппреты, состоящие из γ-аминопропилтриэтоксисилана, γ-аминопропилтриметоксисилана, N-метиламинопропилметилдимстоксисилана, N-метиламинопропилтриметоксисилана, мочевинопропилтриэтоксисилана, мочевинопропилтриметоксисилана, бис(триметоксисилилпропил)амина, бис[3-(триметоксисилил)пропил]этилендиамина, γ-меркаптопропилтриметоксисилана; и,
по меньшей мере, одно соединение металла, выбираемое из группы, состоящей из соединений кобальта, никеля, цинка, меди, олова, палладия, серебра, молибдена, бария, магния, кальция, стронция, бериллия и церия.
2. Средство для обработки поверхности металла, способствующее развитию адгезии между резиной и металлом, по п.1, в котором металл, приклеиваемый к резине, представляет собой стальной корд.
3. Резинометаллический композит, использующий металл, подвергнутый обработке средством для обработки поверхности по п.1.
