Claims (10)
1. Полиэфирная смола, содержащая, по меньшей мере, 85 мол.% полиэтилентерефталата и, по меньшей мере, 0,01 мол.%, но не более 5,00 мол.% звеньев формулы (I)
где
где n принимает целое значение от 3 до 10 и
М+ представляет собой ион щелочного металла, ион щелочноземельного металла, фосфониевый ион или аммониевый ион; и
где сложный полиэфир содержит <5,0 мас.% диэтиленгликоля и
где сложный полиэфир содержит Na2HPO4 в таком количестве, что содержание фосфора составляет от 10 до 200 ч/млн (из расчета на массу сложного полиэфира) и где сложный полиэфир или свободен от, или содержит не более 9 ч/млн NaH2PO4, и
где характеристическая вязкость составляет от 0,6 до 1,0.
4. Полиэфирная смола по п. 2 или 3, где присоединения к фенильному кольцу находятся в 1-, 3- и 5-положениях и присоединение в нафтильном кольце находится в 2-, 4- и 6 положениях.
5. Полиэфирная композиция по п. 1, где М+ представляет собой Li+, Na+ или К+.
6. Полиэфирная смола по п. 1, где Na2HPO4 (вторичный кислый фосфат натрия) находится в форме додекагидрата (•12Н2О).
7. Полиэфирная смола по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая <10 мол.% модифицирующих агентов.
8. Полиэфирная смола по п. 1, где ЕСВ составляет <10.
9. Полиэфирная смола по п. 1, где половинное время кристаллизации составляет >150 с при 200°С.
10. Способ производства полиэфирной смолы по п.1, который включает стадии:
а) взаимодействия терефталевой кислоты (ТК) или С1-С4-диалкилтерефталата; и этиленгликоля (ЭГ); и, по меньшей мере, 0,01, но не более 5,00 мол.% соединения формулы (II)
где R представляет собой атом водорода, С1-4-алкил или С1-С4-гидроксиалкил и М+ и имеют значения, приведенные для формулы (I); и
b) введения продукта реакции а) в реакцию поликонденсации с образованием полимера.
