Claims (6)

1. Способ улучшения видовых характеристик липид-продуцирующих грибов, принадлежащих роду Mortierella, включающий стадию трансформации, которая состоит из:
стадии переноса маркерного гена, где штаммом-хозяином является ауксотрофный штамм липид-продуцирующего гриба, а маркерный ген комплементарен гену, несущему ауксотрофность в штамме-хозяине;
стадии отбора трансформантов с использованием в качестве маркера восстановление прототрофности хозяина.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что липид-продуцирующие грибы представляют собой грибы Mortierella alpina, Mortierella hygrophila или Mortierella chlamydospora.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что ауксотрофный штамм представляет собой штамм, ауксотрофный по урацилу.
4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что маркерный ген представляет собой ген оротидин-5-фосфат декарбоксилазы или ген пирофосфорилазы оротидиновой кислоты.
5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что стадию переноса осуществляют путем электропорации или способом доставки частиц.
6. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий стадию получения ауксотрофного штамма из липид-продуцирующего гриба дикого типа.
