Claims (7)
1. Композиция маточной смеси, содержащая (мас.%):
A) 50-90%, компонента кристаллического полипропилена, содержащего:
AI) от 25 до 75% фракции, имеющей скорость течения расплава MFRI от 0,1 до 10 г/10 мин, и
AII) от 25 до 75% фракции, имеющей значение скорости течения расплава MFRII, равное или меньшее, чем 100 г/10 мин;
где отношение MFRI/MFRII составляет от 5 до 60, и фракции (AI) и (AII) независимо выбираются из группы, состоящей из гомополимера пропилена, статистического сополимера пропилена, содержащего до 3% этилена, и статистического сополимера пропилена, содержащего до 6%, по меньшей мере, одного C4-C10 α-лефина; и
B) 10-50% компонента сополимера этилена и, по меньшей мере, одного C3-C10 α-олефина, сополимер содержит от 15 до 50% этилена и, необязательно, малые количества диена;
указанная композиция маточной смеси имеет значение характеристической вязкости [η] фракции, растворимой в ксилоле при комнатной температуре (примерно 25°C), равное или большее, чем 3,5 дл/г.
2. Композиция маточной смеси по п.1, имеющая значение MFR от 0,1 до 10 г/10 мин.
3. Термопластичная композиция полиолефина, содержащая композицию маточной смеси по п.1.
4. Термопластичная композиция полиолефина по п.3, в которой содержание композиции маточной смеси составляет от 5 до 20 мас.%, по отношению к общей массе термопластичной композиции.
5. Термопластичная композиция полиолефина по п.3, в которой олефиновые полимеры, иные, чем те, которые содержатся в композиции маточной смеси, выбирают из группы, состоящей из:
1) кристаллических гомополимеров пропилена;
2) кристаллических сополимеров пропилена с этиленом и/или C4-C10 α-олефином, где общее содержание сомономеров находится в пределах от 0,05 до 20 мас.% по отношению к массе сополимера;
3) кристаллических гомополимеров этилена и сополимеров с пропиленом и/или C4-C10 α-олефинами;
4) эластомерных сополимеров этилена с пропиленом и/или C4-C10 α-олефинами, необязательно, содержащих малые количества диена;
5) термопластичных эластомерных композиций, содержащих один или несколько гомополимеров и/или сополимеров пропилена по п.2), и эластомерный остаток, содержащий один или несколько сополимеров по п.4), содержащих указанный эластомерный остаток в количествах от 5 до 80 мас.%;
6) смесей двух или более полимеров или композиций по пп.1)-5).
6. Способ получения композиции маточной смеси по п.1 путем последовательной полимеризации, включающий в себя, по меньшей мере, три последовательных стадии, где компоненты (A) и (B) получают на отдельных последовательных стадиях, работая на каждой стадии, за исключением первой стадии, в присутствии полимера, полученного на предыдущей стадии, и катализатора, используемого при этом.
7. Бамперы и передняя облицовка, содержащие композицию маточной смеси по п.1.
