Claims (5)
1. Способ изготовления решетки для свинцово-кислотной аккумуляторной батареи, включающий в себя этапы (1) пропускания фольги свинцового сплава вместе с листом материала основы из свинцово-кальциевого сплава между парой валков для прикрепления фольги свинцового сплава к листу материала основы с получением составного листа, и (2) пропускания составного листа между множеством пар валков для постепенной прокатки упомянутого составного листа до заданной толщины, при этом толщина t фольги свинцового сплава, толщина а листа материала основы и толщина b составного листа на упомянутом этапе (1) удовлетворяют соотношению 1,3 (a + t) /b, и длина участка контакта валков на упомянутом этапе (1) с листом материала основы и фольгой свинцового сплава составляет 10 мм или более в продольном направлении листа материала основы.
2. Способ изготовления решетки для свинцово-кислотной аккумуляторной батареи по п.1, в котором на упомянутом этапе (1) разность температур между листом материала основы и фольгой свинцового сплава составляет 50°С или менее.
3. Способ изготовления решетки для свинцово-кислотной аккумуляторной батареи по п.1 или 2, в котором фольга свинцового сплава содержит свинцовый сплав, содержащий по меньшей мере один элемент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из Sn, Sb и Ag.
4. Способ изготовления решетки для свинцово-кислотной аккумуляторной батареи по п.1, дополнительно включающий в себя после упомянутого этапа (2) этап (3), на котором составной лист подвергают процессу расширения.
5. Свинцово-кислотная аккумуляторная батарея с использованием решетки для свинцово-кислотной аккумуляторной батареи, полученной способом изготовления по п.4, в качестве по меньшей мере решетки положительного электрода.
