Claims (15)
1. Способ получения фторированного каталитически активного соединения, включающий контактирование металлоценового каталитически активного соединения с фторированной неорганической солью с образованием фторированного металлоценового каталитически активного соединения.
2. Способ по п.1, где фторированная неорганическая соль характеризуется тем, что она генерирует фторид-ионы при контакте с разбавителем, который по крайней мере на 50% состоит из воды.
3. Способ по п.1, где фторированная неорганическая соль описывается общей формулой [α]а[β]b, где α представляет собой катионную группу, выбранную из группы, включающей катионы 1 и 2 групп, анилин и замещенные его варианты, а также NH4 +, NH3R, NH2R2, и NHR3 +, где R выбирают из группы, включающей гидрид, хлорид, алкилы C1-С10 и арилы C6-С12, β представляет собой анионную группу, выбранную из группы, включающей ионы фтора, а также группы, включающие фтор и один или более элементов, выбранных из группы, включающей водород, кремний, углерод, фосфор, кислород, алюминий и бор, и а и b представляют собой целые числа от 1 до 10.
4. Способ по п.1, где неорганическую соль выбирают из группы, включающей (NH4)3AlF6, NH4HF2, NaF, KF, NH4F, (NH4)2SiF6 и их комбинации.
5. Способ по п.1, где металлоценовое соединение описывается формулой
СрACpBХn, СрAMXn или СрA(А)CpBMXn,
где М представляет собой атом 4, 5 или 6 группы;
каждая группа из СрA и СрB связана с М, каждую независимо выбирают из группы, включающей циклопентадиенильные лиганды, замещенные циклопентадиенильные лиганды, лиганды, изолобальные циклопентадиенилу, и замещенные лиганды, изолобальные циклопентадиенилу;
(А) представляет собой двухвалентную мостиковую группу, связанную с СрA и с СрB, которую выбирают из группы, включающей двухвалентные гидрокарбилы C1-С20 и содержащие гетероатом гидрокарбонилы C1-С20; где содержащие гетероатом гидрокарбонилы включают от одного до трех гетероатомов;
Х представляет собой анионную уходящую группу, выбранную из группы, включающей хлорид-ионы, бромид-ионы, карбоксилаты, ацелилацетонаты, и алкоксиды;
n представляет собой целое число от 1 до 3.
6. Способ по п.1, где металлоценовое вещество описывается формулой
СрACpBMXn или CpA(A)CpBMXn,
где М представляет собой цирконий или гафний;
группы СрA и СрB каждая связана с М, их независимо выбирают из группы, включающей замещенные циклопентадиенильные лиганды, замещенные инденильные лиганды, замещенные тетрагидроинденильные лиганды, замещенные флуоренильные лиганды, и гетероатомные производные каждого; где замещающие группы выбирают из группы, включающей алкилы C1-С10 и галогены;
(А) представляет собой двухвалентную мостиковую группу, связанную как с СрA, так и с СрB, выбранную из группы, включающей двухвалентные гидрокарбилы C1-С20 и содержащие гетероатом гидрокарбонилы C1-С20; где содержащие гетероатом гидрокарбонилы включают от одного до трех гетероатомов;
Х представляет собой анионную уходящую группу, выбранную из группы, включающей хлорид-ионы, бромид-ионы, карбоксилаты, ацетилацетонаты, и алкоксиды;
n представляет собой целое число от 1 до 3.
7. Способ по п.6, где по крйней мере одна группа Ср является замещенной.
8. Способ по п.6, где по крайней мере одна группа Ср является дизамещенной.
9. Биметаллическая каталитическая композиция по п.6, где по крайней мере одна группа Ср содержит от 2 до 5 заместителей.
10. Биметаллическая каталитическая композиция по п.6, где замещающие группы выбирают из группы, включающей метил, этил, н-пропил, изо-пропил, н-бутил, изо-бутил, и трет-бутил.
11. Биметаллическая каталитическая композиция по п.1, где фторированный металлоцен дополнительно соединен с неорганическим оксидом, который дегидратирован при температуре выше 830°С.
12. Способ по п.1, где фторированный металлоцен имеет производительность по крайней мере 3000 г полимера/г катализатора в процессе суспензионной или газофазной полимеризации при температуре от 50 до 120°С.
13. Способ по п.1, где контактирование металлоцена с фторированной неорганической солью включает контактирование металлоценового соединения с фторированной неорганической солью в количестве от 2 до 20 эквивалентов, в расчете на число эквивалентов атома фтора.
14. Способ по п.1, где металлоценовый компонент катализатора находится в контакте с углеводородным или с галогенированным углеводородным растворителем.
15. Способ по п.1, где фторированная неорганическая соль находится в контакте с растворителем, включающим по меньшей мере 10% воды.
