Claims (12)
1. Термостойкий аэрогельный изолирующий композиционный материал, включающий (а) основной изолирующий слой, содержащий гидрофобные аэрогельные частицы и водное связующее, и (b) наружный теплоотражающий слой, содержащий защитное связующее и агент, отражающий инфракрасные лучи.
2. Термостойкий аэрогельный изолирующий композиционный материал по п.1, в котором гидрофобные аэрогельные частицы имеют средний диаметр частицы (в массе) примерно 0,1-3 мм.
3. Термостойкий аэрогельный изолирующий композиционный материал по по п.1, в котором гидрофобные аэрогельные частицы содержат один или несколько агентов, придающих непрозрачность, и волокна и где указанным придающим непрозрачность агентом является диоксид титана, углеродная сажа или их смесь.
4. Термостойкий аэрогельный изолирующий композиционный материал по п.1, где водным связующим является акриловое связующее, кремнийсодержащее связующее, фенольное связующее или их смесь и защитным связующим является акриловое связующее, кремнийсодержащее связующее, фенольное связующее или их смесь.
5. Термостойкий аэрогельный изолирующий композиционный материал по п.1, где основной изолирующий слой имеет теплопроводность примерно 40 mW/(m.K) или менее.
6. Термостойкий аэрогельный изолирующий композиционный материал по п.1, где основной изолирующий слой имеет плотность примерно 0,5 г/см3 или менее.
7. Термостойкий аэрогельный изолирующий композиционный материал по любому из пп.1-6, где агент, отражающий инфракрасные лучи, содержит металлические частицы и наружный теплоотражающий слой возможно дополнительно содержит антипирен, антиседиментационный агент или армирующие волокна.
8. Субстрат, содержащий термостойкий аэрогельный изолирующий композиционный материал по любому из пп.1-7, где субстратом является компонент моторизованного движущегося средства или устройства или субстратом является основание кузова моторизованного движущегося средства или его часть.
9. Способ получения термостойкого аэрогельного изолирующего композиционного материала, предусматривающий (а) формирование на субстрате основного изолирующего слоя, содержащего гидрофобные аэрогельные частицы и водное связующее, и (b) нанесение на поверхность основного изолирующего слоя наружного теплоотражающего слоя, содержащего защитное связующее и агент, отражающий инфракрасные лучи.
10. Способ получения аэрогельной связующей композиции, предусматривающий (а) приготовление связующей композиции, содержащей водное связующее и пенообразователь, (b) перемешивание связующей композиции для получения вспененной связующей композиции и (с) объединение вспененной связующей композиции с гидрофобными аэрогельными частицами для получения аэрогельной связующей композиции.
11. Способ получения аэрогельной связующей композиции, предусматривающий (а) приготовление связующей композиции, содержащей водное связующее, (b) приготовление аэрогельной композиции, содержащей гидрофобные аэрогельные частицы, и (с) одновременное нанесение связующей композиции и аэрогельной композиции на субстрат, после чего связующую композицию смешивают с аэрогельной композицией, получая аэрогельную связующую композицию.
12. Аэрогельная связующая композиция, полученная способом по любому из пп.9-11.
