Claims (16)

1. Содержащий масло/жир пищевой продукт, обогащенный убихинолом.
2. Содержащий масло/жир пищевой продукт по п.1, который дополнительно содержит убихинон.
3. Содержащий масло/жир пищевой продукт по п.1 или 2, в котором соотношение убихинол/убихинон составляет не менее чем 1/2 (по весу).
4. Содержащий масло/жир пищевой продукт по п.1 или 2, обогащенный убихинолом и убихиноном в пропорции от 0,0001 до 50% по весу убихинона из расчета от общего веса, содержащего масло/жир пищевого продукта.
5. Содержащий масло/жир пищевой продукт по п.1 или 2, в котором содержание масла/жира составляет не менее чем 0,5% (вес.).
6. Содержащий масло/жир пищевой продукт по п.1 или 2, в котором весовое соотношение убихинола и масла/жира составляет не более 1.
7. Содержащий масло/жир пищевой продукт по п.1 или 2, который представляет собой по меньшей мере один продукт, выбранный из группы, состоящей из пищевых масел/жиров, молока, молочных продуктов, соусов, различных видов хлеба, пирогов, пирожных, кондитерских изделий, подливок, жидких приправ, замороженных кондитерских изделий, лапши, переработанных пищевых продуктов, продуктов из вареного риса, джемов, консервированных продуктов и напитков.
8. Содержащий масло/жир пищевой продукт по п.1 или 2, который дополнительно содержит антиоксидант и/или пищевой краситель.
9. Содержащий масло/жир пищевой продукт по п.8, в котором антиоксидант и/или пищевой краситель является по меньшей мере одним веществом, выбранным из группы, состоящей из аскорбилпальмитата, аскорбилстеарата, катехина, лецитина, токоферола, токотриенола, лигнана и каротеноида.
10. Содержащий масло/жир пищевой продукт по п.1 или 2, который является бесцветным или имеет окраску от белой до светло-желтой.
11. Содержащий масло/жир пищевой продукт по п.10, в котором указанный бесцветный или от белого до светло-желтого продукт представляет собой по меньшей мере один продукт, выбранный из группы, состоящей из пищевых масел/жиров, молока, молочных продуктов и напитков.
12. Содержащий масло/жир пищевой продукт по п.1 или 2, в котором убихинол является полностью (Е)-изомером.
13. Содержащий масло/жир пищевой продукт по п.1 или 2, в котором убихинол получен способом, который представляет собой ферментационный способ.
14. Способ доставки убихинола, предусматривающий прием внутрь содержащего масло/жир пищевого продукта по любому из пп.1-13.
15. Способ получения содержащего масло/жир пищевой продукта по любому из пп.1-13, предусматривающий добавление убихинола совместно с эмульгатором и/или пищевым ингредиентом, содержащим масло/жир, к пищевому материалу.
16. Способ получения содержащего масло/жир пищевого продукта по п.15, предусматривающий добавление убихинола, имеющего чистоту выше 0,01%.
