Abstract

PURPOSE: An absorption improver that is made by dispersing a solid medicine hard soluble in water in oil and filling small capsules with the dispersion or by combining every resultant capsule with digesting enzymes, thus showing high absorption by oral administration.
CONSTITUTION: A solid medicine hard soluble in water such as ethyl estradiol, riboflavin butyric ester or ubidecarenone is dispersed in oil and filled in capsules of less than 3mm diameter to give the objective absorption improver. Or the resultant capsules are combined with a group of digesting enzymes including pancreatin and others, for example, the capsules are coated with the enzyme group on the surface or a mixture of the capsules and enzyme powders is enclosed in larger capsules.
