 従来、還元型補酵素Q10の製造で必要とされてきた製造設備や製造工程をことさらに必要とすることなく、簡便、安価かつ安全な、還元型補酵素Qの製造方法、及び還元型補酵素Q10を、容易に且つ効率良く補給することができる還元型補酵素Q10含有食品を提供すること。  酸化型補酵素Q10を、肉類、魚介類及び/又は野菜類などの食材の共存下に加熱処理する還元型補酵素Q10の製造方法。および、該製造方法によって得られる、還元型補酵素Q10含有食品。
