Abstract

Ovaj pronalazak se odnosi na amide antranilne kiseline, na postupak za njihovu proizvodnju, na njihovu primenu kao leka, kao i na farmaaceutske preparate koji sadrže ta jedinjenja. Jedinjenja formule I, u kojoj R(1) do R(7) imaju značenja koja su navedena u patentnim zahtevima, deluju na Kv1,5-kanal i inhibiraju kalijumovu struju oznacenu kao "ultra-rapidly activating delayed rectifier" u srčanoj predkomori ljudi. Ova jedinjenja su zbog toga naročito pogodna kao nove aktivne supstance protiv aritmija, specijalno za lečenje i profilaksu aritmija srčane predkomore, na primer atrialne fibrilacije (AF) ili lepršanja srčane predkomore (atriales Flattern).
