Λ, /)7//. {/! ..... / seiviidioacões í lã. - processo para a formação de camadas de revejs timentos de fosfato contendo manganês sobre superfícies de aço, aço zincado, alumínio e/ou suas ligas ou materiais com pósitos de aço e alumínio, caracterizado pelo facto de se pulverizar ou se pulverizar/mergulhar numa solução aquosa que contém 0,8 a 1,4 g/1 de Zn2+, 0,6 a 2,0 g/1 de Mn2+, 0,3 a 1,4 g/1 de Ni2+, 10 a 25 g/1 de P045', 2 a 10 g/1 de NO^ , 0,2 a 1,0 g/1 de 1~ e como aceleradores da formação da camada de fosfato 0,04 a 0,12 g/1 de ÍTO^, 0,6 a 2,0 g/1 de CIO^ e/ou 0,2 a 1,0 g/1 de 3-nitrobenzenossulfonato de sódio, em que o teor de ácido livre ê ajustado de modo a obter-se o valor de 1,4 a 1,8 graus de acidez livre e entre 18 a 30 graus de acidez total. 2ã. - Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 1, ca racterizado pelo facto de se empregar uma solução aquosa que contêm 0,8 a 1,0 g/1 de Zn2+, 0,8 a 1,2 g/1 de Mn2+, 0,3 a 0,8 g/1 de Ni2+, 14 a 20 g/1 de P04^~, 13 - a 0,3 a 6 g/1 de N0^~ e 0,6 g/1 de F“. 3&. - Processo para a produção de revestimentos de fosfato sobre materiais compositos de alumínio e aço, de acordo com as reivindicações 1 ou 2, caracterizado pelo fac to de se empregar uma solução com a composição indicada numa das reivindicações 1 ou 2. 4ã. - Processo para o tratamento prévio de superfícies metálicas antes de efectuar a sua pintura por electro imersão, caracterizado pelo facto de se proceder à sua fos-fatação de acordo com qualquer das reivindicações 1 a 3· Lisboa, 1 de Junho de 1990 I0 Agente Oficial da Propriedade Industrial itíiiSA
