Description

DESCRIÇÃO "CONECTOR DE CARTUCHO DE GÁS COMPRIMIDO A APARELHO DE FIXAÇÃO" A invenção refere-se a um conjunto de um conector, uma união macho de ejecção de um cartucho de gás comprimido, destinado a alimentar com gás comprimido um aparelho de fixação a gás comprimido, e uma união macho de admissão de um dispositivo de admissão de gás comprimido nesse aparelho de fixação a gás comprimido, comportando o conector meios de vedação recebendo as duas uniões macho e assegurando a vedação do conector entre as duas uniões.
Por aparelho de fixação entende-se um aparelho de accionamento de elementos de fixação, como pregos. 0 documento FR-2771796 mostra um conjunto deste tipo. Mais precisamente, com este conjunto, em funcionamento, as extremidades das duas uniões macho são conectadas uma à outra num plano de junção, estendendo-se uma manga de vedação de um lado e doutro deste plano de junção e envolvendo as extremidades das duas uniões macho, com, na manga, uma ranhura interna de retenção de gás de fuga se estende entre as partes de superfície cilíndrica. Estas partes de superfície de vedação podem não ser suficientes.
Para além disso, a conexão, pelas extremidades das suas uniões, do cartucho e da electroválvula de admissão do aparelho de fixação, pode ser a origem de um determinado desgaste da electroválvula. 1 A presente invenção visa aperfeiçoar o conjunto desta técnica anterior, considerado como a técnica anterior mais próxima.
Conhece-se, através do documento GB-A-1033689, um conector para um conjunto destes do tipo idêntico ao apresentado anteriormente, mas este refere-se a uma união macho de um regulador de pressão e a uma união fêmea, neste caso particular, o gargalo roscado de uma garrafa ou de um tubo de gás, a aparafusar no conector. A execução da vedação com um conector deste tipo não é simples.
Deste modo, o presente pedido refere-se ao conjunto da reivindicação 1.
Devido à invenção, no conjunto, a vedação do conector entre as duas uniões é assegurada por um simples movimento relativo de translação.
Numa forma de realização interessante do conjunto da invenção, prevê-se uma junta de vedação anelar e transversal destinada a ser recebida em duas ranhuras formadas nas superfícies de extremidade das duas uniões macho.
Mas, de um modo preferido, os meios de vedação compreendem uma dupla manga fêmea de recepção das duas uniões macho com uma divisória de vedação anelar e transversal na parte intermédia destinada a interpor-se entre as duas uniões. 2 A invenção irá ser melhor compreendida com o auxilio da descrição que se segue do conector, fazendo-se referência ao desenho em anexo, no qual a figura 1 é uma vista em corte explodida de um cartucho de gás comprimido e de uma electroválvula de admissão de gás comprimido de um aparelho de fixação a gás comprimido; a figura 2 é uma vista em corte do cartucho e da electroválvula da figura 1, estando as suas uniões introduzidas no conector de vedação; a figura 3 é uma vista análoga à da figura 2, mas no estado de transferência de gás do cartucho para o aparelho, e a figura 4 é uma vista do conjunto da electroválvula montado no cartucho.
No que se refere à figura 4, um cartucho 1 de gás comprimido é montado na electroválvula de admissão de gás comprimido de um aparelho de accionamento de elementos de fixação, do tipo prego, por intermédio de um conector 3 de vedação. A electroválvula 2 de admissão comporta uma união 4 macho de admissão que se estende axialmente ao longo do eixo 8 sobressaindo do fundo 5 do prato 6, formado por uma aba 7 anelar de recepção do conector 3. A extremidade 9 da união 4 de admissão da electroválvula está retraída relativamente ao bordo 10 anelar da aba 7. O cartucho 1 de gás comprimido comporta uma envolvente 11 cilíndrica que termina num rebordo 12 anelar formando um prato 13 a partir do centro do qual sobressai uma 3 base 14 de ejecção, que fica, no entanto, retraída relativamente ao bordo 15 anelar do rebordo 12.
Uma união 16 de ejecção está montada na base 14 de ejecção, deslizando em oposição à acção de uma mola 17 de tracção. A união 16 comporta uma parte 18 tubular externa, que sobressai da base 14 de ejecção, prolongada por uma parte 19 interna maciça que funciona como um obturador. 0 obturador 19 está montado de modo a poder deslizar num cilindro 20. A mola 17 de tracção está alojada no interior do cilindro 20, em torno da parte 19 de obturação da união 16 de ejecção, encostada a um rebordo 21 anelar do obturador 19, com um diâmetro sensivelmente igual ao do cilindro 20, mas, no entanto, muito ligeiramente inferior, para permitir o escape do gás comprimido entre o cilindro 20 e esse rebordo 21. Em repouso, o rebordo 21 do obturador 19 está encostado a uma junta 22 anelar alojada num ressalto anelar do cilindro 20. 0 conector 3, em corte, apresenta uma forma em Η; o conector 3 comporta, desse modo, duas mangas 31, 32 fêmeas abertas em sentidos opostos, separadas por uma divisória 33 de fundo anelar e transversal na parte intermédia do conector. A manga 31 está destinada a receber a união 4 de admissão da electroválvula 2 do aparelho e a manga 32, a união 16 de ejecção do cartucho 1 de gás comprimido.
As duas paredes 34, 35 interiores das duas mangas 31, 32, respectivamente, constituem partes de superfície de vedação cilíndrica que, em funcionamento (figuras 2, 3) , se estendem de um lado e doutro das extremidades 9 e 23 das duas uniões 4 e 16, respectivamente. 4
Mais precisamente, e sempre em funcionamento, as extremidades 9 e 23 das uniões 4 e 16 encostam-se às duas paredes 36, 37 anelares transversais da divisória 33 radial do conector 3, opostas uma à outra, que se estendem, por conseguinte, de um modo perpendicular ao eixo 8 das partes 34, 35 de superfície de vedação cilíndrica, e que constituem, desse modo, partes de superfície de vedação. Em funcionamento, a divisória 3 interpõe-se entre as duas uniões 4, 16.
Ainda em funcionamento, devido a meios convencionais não representados, e ao facto das uniões macho de admissão 4 e de ejecção 16 estarem encaixadas na dupla manga fêmea 31, 32 de conexão, a união 16 macho de ejecção é impelida pela união 4 macho de admissão em oposição à acção da mola 17 de tracção para libertar o rebordo 21 do obturador anelar da junta 22 e deixar escapar o gás comprimido desde o cartucho 1 para a electroválvula 2 do aparelho de fixação. 30 de Abril de 2007 5

Claims (3)

  1. REIVINDICAÇÕES 1. Conjunto de um conector, uma união (16) macho de ejecção de um cartucho (1) de gás comprimido, destinado a alimentar com gás comprimido um aparelho de fixação a gás comprimido, e uma união (4) macho de admissão de um dispositivo (2) de admissão de gás comprimido nesse aparelho de fixação a gás comprimido, comportando o conector meios (3) de vedação recebendo as duas uniões (16, 4) macho e assegurando a vedação do conector entre as duas uniões, caracterizado por os meios (3) de vedação compreenderem duas partes (34, 35) de superfície de vedação cilíndrica que se estendem, respectivamente, de um lado e doutro das extremidades (23, 9) das duas uniões (16, 4) macho, bem como duas partes (36, 37) de superfície de vedação, que se estendem de modo perpendicular ao eixo (8) das partes (34, 35) de superfície de vedação cilíndrica, respectivamente para as duas superfícies de extremidade das duas uniões (16, 4) macho, e recebendo as duas uniões (16, 4) macho por encaixe.
  2. 2. Conjunto de acordo com a reivindicação 1, em que está previsto uma junta de vedação anelar e transversal recebida em duas ranhuras formadas nas superfícies de extremidade das duas uniões (16, 4) macho.
