技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接器,特别是涉及一种用于紧固装置的连接器连接器。
技术背景

为此,本发明涉及上述类型的连接器,其特征在于,密封机构还被设计成能提供大致垂直于圆筒密封表面部分的轴线延伸方向的密封表面部分。
根据本发明,阳端件不再直接对接在一起,而是通过适于径向的密封机构对接在一起。
在本发明的一个连接器优选实施例中有一个环形横向密封件,用来装在在上述两个阳端件的端表面内形成的两个槽中。
但是,该密封机构最好包括用于容纳上述两个阳端件的双阴套筒,双阴套筒中间有一个用来插在两个端件之间的环形横向密封隔板。

具体实施方式
参考图4,压缩气体容器1通过密封连接器3安装在驱动钉类紧固件的装置的压缩气体入口螺线管2上。
入口螺线管2包括一个阳入口端件4,阳入口端件4沿轴线8延伸,从环形裙7形成的杯6的底5伸出,用于容纳连接器3。螺线管2的入口端件4的端9从裙7的环形边10缩进。压缩气体容器1包括一个圆筒形室11,室11终止在形成杯13的环形凸起部12中,排气座14从杯13的中心伸出,然而排气座14也从凸起部12的环形边15缩进。
排气端件16被安装在排气座14中,使之能克服回动弹簧17的作用而滑动。端件16包括外管状工件18,外管状工件18由排气座14伸出,并由作阀用的内实心工件19延伸。阀19被安装成能在圆筒20中滑动。回动弹簧17被装在圆筒20中,围绕在排气端件16的阀工件19周围,靠压在阀19的环形凸缘21上,环形凸缘21的直径大致等于圆筒20的直径,但还是略小一点,以便压缩气体能从圆筒20和凸缘21之间逸出。在静止位置,阀19的凸缘21靠压在圆筒20的环形肩中的环形密封件22。
连接器3的截面形状为H形,因此,连接器3包括两个阴套筒31,32,阴套筒31,32开口在相反方向,并在连接器的中间由环形横向端隔板33隔开。
套筒31用来容纳装置的螺线管2的入口端件4,而套筒32用来接纳压缩气体容器1的排气端件16。
两个套筒31,32的两个内壁34,35分别构成圆筒密封表面部分。在运转中(图2,3),分别延伸向两个端件4和16的端9和23的每一侧。
更具体地说,仍是在运转中,端件4和16的端9和23彼此相对地紧贴连接器3的径向隔板33的两个环形横向壁36,37,因此其走向与圆筒密封表面34,35的轴线8相垂直,并构成密封表而部分。在运转中,隔板33位于两个端件4,16之间。
仍是在运转中,按照未曾描述过的传统方法,在入口阳端件4和排气端件16已被推入双阴套筒31,32的状态下,阳排气端件16由阳入口端件4克服回动弹簧17的作用而推回,以使环形阀凸缘21与密封件22脱开,从而使压缩气体能从容器1逸入紧固装置的螺线管2中。
