【解決手段】圧縮ガスを燃料とする締結器具に圧縮ガスを供給するための圧縮ガス容器(1)の雄状の放出終端部品(16)と、締結器具内へ圧縮ガスを連通する機構(2)の雄状の入り口終端部品(4)とのためのコネクターにおいて、これら2つの雄状終端部品(16、4)を収容し、円筒状のシール面部(34,35)に沿って、これら2つの雄状終端部品間の結合部をシールするシール手段(3)を具備する。このシール手段(3)は、円筒状のシール面部(34、35)の軸線(8)にほぼ直角に延在するシール面部(36、37)を提供するように形成される。

Description

本発明は、一方では、圧縮ガスを燃料とする締結器具に圧縮ガスを供給するための圧縮ガス容器の雄状の放出終端部品のためのコネクターであり、他方では、器具内へ圧縮ガスを連通する機構の雄状の入り口終端部品のためのコネクターに関し、本コネクターは、これら2つの雄状終端部品に収容するように形成され、これら2つの雄状終端部品の端部の各側面に延在する円筒状のシール面部に沿って、これら2つの雄状終端部品の間の結合部をシールするシール手段を具備する。
”締結器具”とは、釘状のような固定具を打ち込むための器具を意味すると理解されうる。
公知のコネクターにおいては、特に、2つの雄状終端部品の端部は、動作時に、これらの2つの雄状終端部品の端部が接触する面で他方に対して一方を衝突し、シールスリーブは、この接触面の各側部上に延在し、2つの雄状終端部品の端部を覆い、漏れたガスを保持するための、円筒状面部の間に延在するスリーブの内部溝を有する。これらのシール面部分では、不適切な可能性がある。さらに、容器および締結器具の入り口ソレノイドの終端部品の端部を介する衝突は、ソレノイドの摩耗の原因となりえる。(特許文献1参照)

本発明は、従来技術のコネクターを改良することを目的とする。
このために、本発明は、上述した形態のコネクターに関し、シール手段は、円筒状シール面部分の軸にほぼ直角に延在するシール面部分を提供するように形成されていることを特徴とする。
本発明により、雄状終端部品は、直接的ではなく、半径方向に適したシール手段を介して、共に衝突が可能である。
本発明のコネクターの有利な実施例では、2つの雄状終端部品の端面に形成される2つの溝内に収容され、環状で横方向のシールが存在する。
しかし、好ましくは、シール手段は、2つの雄状終端部品を収容する両側とも雌状のスリーブを具備し、この両側とも雌状のスリーブは、中央部に、2つの終端部品の間に設置される環状で横方向のシール隔壁を有する。
本発明は、添付図面を参照し、本コネクターの以下の記述により、よりよく理解されうる。

図4を参照すると、圧縮ガス容器1は、シールコネクタ3を介して、釘状の固定具を打ち込むための器具の圧縮ガス入り口ソレノイド2上に取り付けられる。
入り口ソレノイド2は、雄状の入り口終端部品4を具備し、この雄状の入り口終端部品は、軸線8に沿って軸方向に延在し、コネクター3を収容するために環状のスカート部7により形成されるくぼみ部6の底部5から突出している。ソレノイドの入り口終端部品4の終端部9は、スカート部7の環状の端部10から引っ込んでいる。圧縮ガス容器1は、放出ベース14が中央部から突出しているくぼみ部13を形成する環状の隆起部12で終端する円筒状のケース11を具備し、このベースは、隆起部12の環状の端部15から引っ込んでいる。
放出終端部品16は、リターンスプリング17の作用に対抗して滑動するように、放出ベース14内に取り付けられる。終端部品16は、管状の外側部分18を具備し、この管状の外側部分は、放出ベース14から突出し、バルブとして機能する中実の内側部分19により延在される。バルブ19は、シリンダー20内を滑動するように取り付けられている。リターンスプリング17は、放出終端部品16のバルブ部19の周囲でシリンダー20内に収納され、バルブ19の環状の縁21に当接し、この環状の縁の直径は、圧縮ガスがシリンダー20とこの縁21との間を逃げることを可能にするために、シリンダー20の直径におおよそ等しく、ごくわずかに小さい。バルブ19の縁21は、休止して、シリンダー20の環状の肩部内に収容されている環状のシール22に当接する。
コネクター3の断面は、Hの形状を有し、反対方向に開口している2つの雌状スリーブ31,32を具備し、これらの雌状スリーブは、コネクターの中央部の環状で横方向の隔壁終端部33により分離される。
スリーブ31は、器具のソレノイド2の入り口終端部品4を収容し、スリーブ32は、圧縮ガス容器1の放出終端部品16を受け入れる。
2つのスリーブ31、32の2つの内壁34、35のそれぞれは、円筒状のシール面部を構成し、これらのシール面部は、動作時(図2および図3)において、2つの各終端部品4および16の終端部9および23の各側面に延在する。
さらに特別なのは、動作時において、終端部品4および16の終端部9および23は、コネクター3の半径方向の隔壁33の2つの環状で横方向の壁36、37に互いに対向し当接し、この2つの環状で横方向の壁は、円筒状のシール面部34、35の軸線8に対して直角に延在し、シール面部を構成する。動作時において、隔壁33は、2つの終端部品4,16の間に設置される。
さらに動作時において、一般的な方法により、雄状の入り口終端部品4および放出終端部品16が両側とも雌状の結合スリーブ31,32内に押し込まれると、雄状の放出終端部品16は、雄状の入り口終端部品4により、シール22から環状のバルブの縁21を外すように、リターンスプリング17の作用に対抗して押し戻され、圧縮ガスが、容器1から締結器具のソレノイド2内へ逃げることを可能にする。

Claims (3)

  1. 一方では、圧縮ガスを燃料とする締結器具に圧縮ガスを供給するための圧縮ガス容器(1)の1つの雄状の放出終端部品(16)のためのコネクターであり、他方では、前記締結器具内へ圧縮ガスを連通するための機構(2)の1つの雄状の入り口終端部品(4)のためのコネクターで、
    2つの前記雄状終端部品(16、4)を収容するように形成され、2つの前記雄状終端部品(16,4)の終端部(23,9)の各側面に延在する円筒状のシール面部(34,35)に沿って、2つの前記雄状終端部品間の結合部をシールするシール手段(3)を具備するコネクターにおいて、
    前記シール手段(3)は、前記円筒状のシール面部(34、35)の軸線(8)にほぼ直角に延在するシール面部(36、37)を提供するように形成されることを特徴とするコネクター。
  2. 2つの前記雄状終端部品(16,4)の終端面に形成される2つの溝内に収容される環状で横方向のシールが存在する、請求項1に記載のコネクター。
  3. 前記シール手段は、2つの前記雄状終端部品(4,16)を収容するための両側とも雌状のスリーブ(31,32)を具備し、前記両側とも雌状のスリーブは、中央部に、2つの前記終端部品(4,16)の間に設置される環状で横方向のシール隔壁(33)を有する、請求項1および請求項2のいずれかに記載のコネクター。
