Description

DESCRIÇÃO
A invenção que aqui se propõe vem melhorar os caixotões aplicados nas lajes fungiformes e,até aqui, fabricados em betão ou em lecabetão.
O material acima referido e existente no mercado é feito em betão, é extremamente pesado e de difícil colocação em obra. Essa colocação é feita em blocos que depois de unidos formam o caixotão. São de difícil transporte e produzem uma reprodução de som denominada por “efeito tambor”.
Nesta invenção a matéria prima é o plástico (reciclado ou não) que toma os caixotões (1) que formam os alvéolos da laje fungiforme muitíssimo mais leves (aligeirando deste modo a laje) e anulando o “efeito tambor”.
Estes caixotões são feitos de uma só vez e assentes também de uma vez só, o que poupa muita mão de obra. Poupança existe também no transporte e na colocação em obra além de permitir uma boa armazenagem em estaleiro.
Como grande diferença e inovação aparece o facto de os caixotões terem pés (5) o que confere uma distanciação do caixotão à cofragem, permitindo, deste modo, um envolvimento total do caixotão pelos inertes e, assim, o acabamento simultâneo do pavimento superior (16) e do tecto do piso inferior (12).
Este tecto do piso inferior é suportado por uma rede (em plástico ou não) que forma a sua textura (10) e que é adaptável aos pés do caixotão (19).
Aparece também como inovação o castiçal(9) para condução e manutenção à superfície de toda a tubagem dados os círculos de apoio de diâmetros diversos(18). Estes castiçais podem ser colocados em locais aleatórios ou não mercê da sua colocação nos furos (8) da tampa(2) o que permite elaborar um mapa de referência com a colocação exacta dos pontos de passagem destes tubos.
Naturalmente que os furos da tampa não preenchidos com castiçais serão vedados com uma tampa de plástico para tomar estanque o caixotão.

Claims (8)

  1. REINVIDICAÇÕES
    1- Caixa de plástico para alvéolo de laje fungiforme de envolvimento total visando criar alvéolos que não podem ser invadidos por betão, constituídos por plástico original ou reciclado caracterizada por ser constituída por uma caixa(l) em forma troncopiramidal e uma tampa (2) que cobre a caixa e não permite a entrada do betão na citada caixa, caixa essa que tem no seu interior troncos de cone(4) que suportam as forças exercidas sobre a tampa(2) e o peso dos trabalhadores ou o peso da laje superior de betão até 30 cm, caixa que é composta por pés(5) também tronco cónicos que não só distanciam a caixa à cofragem como permitem o envolvimento do betão e que compreendem uma rede de plástico, ou não, que se adapta por compressão a esses mesmos pés, para além de que a tampa (2) pode ter vários buracos que podem ser usados para receber suportes de diferentes diâmetros que podem depois receber tubos eléctricos ou outros tubos
  2. 2- Caixa de plástico para alvéolo de laje fungiforme de envolvimento total que de acordo com o n° 1 é caracterizada por possuir pés (5) podendo assim ser totalmente envolvida pelo betão
  3. 3- Caixa de plástico para alvéolo de laje fungiforme de envolvimento total caracterizada por, de acordo com on° 1 eon°2 permitir a execução simultânea do piso superior(ló) e o tecto do piso inferior(12) graças aos já citados pés(5).
  4. 4- Caixa de plástico para alvéolo de laje fungiforme de envolvimento total caracterizada por, de acordo com o n° 1, permitir um transporte e distribuição simples em obra além de que pela sua forma tronco piramidal permite também a sua sobreposição permitindo assim o transporte de grandes quantidades.
  5. 5- Caixa de plástico para alvéolo de laje fungiforme de envolvimento total caracterizada por, de acordo com o n° 1, possuir no fundo uma rede que permite agregar o betão.
  6. 6- Caixa de plástico para alvéolo de laje fungiforme de envolvimento total caracterizada por poder ser feita a partir de plástico 100% reciclado.
  7. 7- Caixa de plástico para alvéolo de laje fungiforme de envolvimento total caracterizada por possuir peças de amarração (3) para unir as caixas(l) vizinhas umas às outras.
  8. 8- Caixa de plástico para alvéolo de laje fungiforme de envolvimento total caracterizada por, de acordo com o n° 1, possuir peças de suporte em forma de castiçal(18) com diâmetros diferentes destinados a receber e suportar os citados tubos superficialmente embebidos no betão.
